From what little I can understand of this article I conclude that:
Poor "Power Factor" effects not just the user but the
local area power grid.
It's news to me...
My neighbors or myself degrade the local power supply by using
items with poor "Power Factor" and pay more for electricity?
Mandated CFLs, etc are going to increase the price of electricity
as we keep reducing our usage?
The insanity baffles me .. but that's business as usual?
We the consumer need the Radiant Oscillator ...
I've read the power companies are talking about charging
