I believe it is real. That is how some of the earlier Nazi saucers were powered...but after the BMW prop powered ones.

I think the Coler circuits were using some radioactive substance on the wires or something so probably not an easy or safe thing to build. Some people have posted non-radioactive versions of it and it did "something" but not sure what that something is.

It is obvious so much of this stuff is fake or pure artistry. But there is a lot of validity to some of it. I have personal friends who lived by the Black Forest in Germany during WWII and even before then that saw many saucer type ships that levitated and could reach incredible speeds in no time flat as well as some that simply blinked out. Many of them around there at that time saw these as a common occurance throughout the war. They would levitate over different buildings and would shut off the power in the buildings remotely tripping the breakers by emp or something else.
