Has anyone have test results for Marcus Wagner's Charger?

Appears to be a Solid-State Bedini style circuit with a MOSFET transistor?

My guess is that it would work just like Bedini one, perhaps with a bit better efficiency due to use of the MOSFET. He uses those BY diodes to direct the flow of BEMF into the output but aside that standard circuit as I said?
