This morning decided to finally clean out the reaction chamber of my oldest HHO unit, it was getting pretty nasty (4 months without electrolyte change) this unit has been operating for almost a year with reasonable increase in mileage.
Putting the garden hose down into chamber I flushed out a ton of what looked like rusty water, letting the hose run for a few minutes until good and clean I decided to turn on the system with city water and no electrolyte (KOH) just to see.
Well you probably guessed it HHO production started immediately not quite as productive as an electrolyte solution but equal to at least what the unconditioned plates produced with electrolyte at the beginning.
No I haven't taken any reading on Amperage draw or production rates, just this observation 10 minutes ago. I may or may not get to those reading soon but thought everyone would be interested in this observation.
