Flash of Genius

Hi all
I haven't been able to continue any of my experiments. Life is difficult to find time and money. This year has just gone into overdrive with family and work!

I still hope to continue something in the mean time I have tried to get others in the enginering field interested in doing something. ( Students seem open while teachers seem closed to Peter's ideas)

Anyway I thought I'd suggest all to see the movie "Flash of Genius" just so we can experience what tinkers are up against. We all hear stories of stolen pattens etc... but here is a dramatic illistration of it.

That does look like a good movie, I have been seeing the
trailers all week.

I will still probably wait for it to hit the $1.00 theatre though.

Nothing worse than paying $10.00 for a bad movie (been burned waaaaaay too many times) LOL

Innovation has not been rewarded...

If you look at the history of ford and gm,and chrysler about 60% of the innovation they claim to have been thiers was stolen from small inventors. The stuff they actually bought was just to put on the shelf so nothing would come of it.
You can literaly find 100's of the same stories, usually with one of the big three winning.
They deserve to be the failures they are. Its unfortunate the employees have to take the same route as the cooperations.

I just wish they would steal a good idea for an cop>1 electric car. I would accutally be on thier side during that one.
