Convert Pulse Wave into Scalar Wave

I have idea to turn Pulse DC wave into scalar potential wave. Does anyone have idea how to make a simple convert to change the pulse into more harmonic wave form scalar wave. Below is a picture that show and i got inspired by Stan Deyo have told talk about Opposing field

(One person that I have been in contact with in the past is Stan Deyo. Scalar waves beat standard radio telemetry hands down!!

As someone who has worked with wireless telemetry and all types of hard-wired test and measurement transducers for many years (both medical and industrial), i was astonished at what practical uses Dr. Meyl was proposing... A device that can receive scalar waves for power and transmit back modulated scalar waves as test information would be absolutely revolutionary to the Test & Measurement field... If i understand this right, the advantages are incredible:

> Zero "noise" interference from the electromagnetic spectrum (a MAJOR problem with millivolt level signals, that cause untold retesting and delays in research).

> No power source required for the transducer... No wires or batteries needed (saving untold man hours and money in pre-test setup and batt replacement).

Apparently all that is required is a limited "line of sight" (as with most HF radio telemetry), and a very common Earth ground. A "station transmitter" would send out the scalar waves for power, the point telemetry transmitter would send back the data (modulated on scalar wave), and a "station receiver" (which apparently could conceivably be hundreds of channel wide) would collect the data. When testing, for instance in the aerospace ream (a multi-billion dollar industry, just for the T&M aspect), a new missile or aircraft, often 200+ channels of transducer data are needed for a single major test; hundreds or even thousands of these tests are done in the cycle. The wires for all these sensors are incredibly bothersome (especially when the tests done create large amounts of electronic "noise" themselves as is often the case). This would be an excellent solution! I would predict a 50% or more lowering in both cost and time.

In the medical research realm, it would save alotta time and trouble for implanted pressure, temp, ECG and other bio-electrical signal sensors in lab animals. I know this is a hot button issue, but the truth is that in hundreds of Universities, med schools, pharm corporation labs, and institutes all over the world animals (mostly rats, pigs, and dogs) are being cut open and implanted with semi-permanent transducers.. often with the wires coming out which are left there for months or even years; for testing long-term effects of new surgical procedures, medical devices, or drugs. This would simplify these procedures greatly, and be "more humane" (the basic "humanity" is debatable lol but nevertheless that's what is happening now).

I wonder why this hasn't taken off yet... Perhaps like many related Tesla technologies, they are worried that the "innocent" (non-energy related) solutions when or if they become widespread will cause greater related study leading to back to... Energy. Can't have that!

Also, he has conclusively proved that the scalar waves travel at 1.5 the speed of light (at least at the F's he was using, apparently if i understood him correctly, the propagation speed is related to the F) ?? Why haven't we heard THAT in scientific journals or the mainstream media? Don't you all think that is a LITTLE BIT important lol?

I had an opportunity to speak with Dr. Meyl in person on several occasions and there are some even weirder applications that are hard to imagine but are quite possible. Anyway- the problem with his concept of using E-field is that it has detrimental effects on living beings. Even he himself admits that he wouldn't want to be around bigger devices if they ever get produced. So, medical applications you suggest would be impractical.
