Today i was play with my bedini motor set to oscillator. I was testing to power a circuit. Regulary i used 12v lead acid battery draw 150ma but i know i needed more power input with the same amp draw. I decide to use 7 regulary battery equaling 56v with 1750 ohm drawing a still 150ma. To make my motor oscillate i just use my multmeter set on ohms test. I also was testing the battery with 23watt fluorescent lightbulb. When i place my black tip on the back of the resistor before it reaching the base. While my arm was resting the metal part of the bulb. The funny thing happen before reach for the other end of the resistor with red tip the light bulb up. It was like wireless eletricity the run though my body even with air as an insultor. Has anyone found out that phenomena.

yeah, Ive seen this, but normally only when the charging battery is disconneted but with 56v on the back end it will probably have similar effects
