I am a big fan of system theory type stuff. When I see what Bedini is doing when he is conditioning his batteries it appears allot like an annealing process. The standard DC process of charging a battery would produce course grain crystal as mentioned in the bellow
Stages of Annealing
There are three stages in the annealing process, with the first being the recovery phase, which results in softening of the metal through removal of crystal defects (the primary type of which is the linear defect called a dislocation) and the internal stresses which they cause. Recovery phase covers all annealing phenomena that occur before the appearance of new strain-free grains.[2] The second phase is recrystallization, where new strain-free grains nucleate and grow to replace those deformed by internal stresses.[2] If annealing is allowed to continue once recrystallization has been completed, grain growth will occur, in which the microstructure starts to coarsen and may cause the metal to have less than satisfactory mechanical properties.
With standard DC charging the annealing is allowed to continue once recrystalization has taken place resulting in large crystals which is exactly what is shown on a the plates of a normally charged battery
On the other hand if you treat annealing like an optimization process is done in computer science you see that the pulse charge process along with the discharging of the battery is an annealing process.
Synch is so common that most seem to overlook it. It dictates how your brain signal mass appears allong with how your heart signal mass appears. It is responsible for birds being able to coordinate and well it is every where. It is that little thing which cause quanta to happen. A normal stable environment only requiring a small pulse at the right time to send it off in an abnormal direction.
With the back EMF of a coil this would seem to me to be what is happening. A large pulse event occurs which bring smaller dipoles into synch with it. This resulting in momentarily one massive dipole being created. I would expect from such an event that there would be cooling as some of the chaos has been ordered by the pulse. Also by ordering the local chaos you are altering time and how it flows.
I dont have all the answers but the information does fit in there nicely. What do you think
