IPCC backchannel ‘cloud’ was apparently established to hide IPCC deliber

CEI has learned of a UN plan recently put in place to hide official correspondence on non-governmental accounts, which correspondence a federal inspector general has already confirmed are subject to FOIA. This ‘cloud’ serves as a dead-drop of sorts for discussions by U.S. government employees over the next report being produced by the scandal-plagued IPCC, which is funded with millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars.

Just remember we are dirty rotten scum for even exhaling CO2. We are to feel very guilty for driving a car, so the heck with writing laws, Obama must hike taxes and hire thousands of more bureaucrats to write more regulations to save the earth now. (cooling for the last decade though) Fact is CO2 rises in concentration from ice cores samples have shown it follows temperature rises by 600 years. both the NSF documentaries and Gores Inconvenient truth show their "Hockey Stick" rise on scales of hundreds of thousands of years and the fool laughingly handwaved away those times when it looks like CO2 rise followed temperature. UN Climate Draft Text Demands 'New International Climate Court'

Some alarming facts learned at the UN Climate Summit in Durban, and exposed by CFACT's CLIMATE DEPOT:

Yes, the UN is demanding a Climate Court that will have the power to compel Western nations to pay ever-larger sums to third-world countries in the name of making reparation for supposed “climate debt.” The Court will have no power over third-world countries. Here and throughout the draft, the West is the sole target. “The process” is now irredeemably anti-Western.The peak-greenhouse-gas target year – for the West only – will be this year. We will be obliged to cut our emissions from now on, regardless of the effect on our economies (and the lack of effect on the climate).

A new global temperature target will aim to limit “global warming” to as little as 1 C° above pre-industrial levels. Since temperature is already 3 C° above those levels, what is in effect being proposed is a 2 C° cut in today's temperatures. This would take us halfway back towards the last Ice Age, and would kill hundreds of millions. Colder is far more dangerous than warmer.

The new CO2 emissions target, for Western countries only, will be a reduction of up to 50% in emissions over the next eight years and of “more than 100%” [these words actually appear in the text] by 2050. So, no motor cars, no coal-fired or gas-fired power stations, no aircraft, no trains. Back to the Stone Age, but without even the right to light a carbon-emitting fire in your caves. Windmills, solar panels and other “renewables” are the only alternatives suggested in the draft. The new CO2 concentration target could be as low as 300 ppmv CO2 equivalent (i.e., including all other greenhouse gases as well as CO2 itself). That is a cut of almost half compared with the 560 ppmv CO2 equivalent today. It implies just 210 ppmv of CO2 itself, with 90 ppmv CO2 equivalent from other greenhouse gases. But at 210 ppmv, plants and trees begin to die. CO2 is plant food. They need a lot more of it than 210 ppmv.

The West will pay for everything, because of its “historical responsibility” for causing “global warming.” Third-world countries will not be obliged to pay anything. But it is the UN, not the third-world countries, that will get the money from the West, taking nearly all of it for itself as usual. There is no provision anywhere in the draft for the UN to publish accounts of how it has spent the $100 billion a year the draft demands that the West should stump up from now on.

World government: The Copenhagen Treaty draft establishing a world “government” with unlimited powers of taxation and intervention in the affairs of states parties to the UN Framework Convention fortunately failed. Yet at the Cancun climate conference the following year 1000 new bureaucracies were established to form the nucleus of a world government, with central control in the hands of the Convention's secretariat and tentacles in every region and nation. The draft “agrees that common principles, modalities and procedures as well as the coordinating and oversight functions of the UNFCCC are needed” – in short, global centralization of political, economic and environmental power in the manicured hands of the Convention's near-invisible but all-powerful secretariat. No provision is made for the democratic election of key members of the all-powerful secretariat – in effect, a world government – by the peoples of our planet.

The main scientist involved was named Nelson. The Company determined that the planetary configurations, normally only spoken of by Astrologers, have a significant impact upon Ionospheric Communications. Now of course any Astronomer, Physicist, or Einsteiner in general would become very upset about this idea, possibly even display violent behavior. But we know David Sarnoff liked to "piss people off." So R.C.A. developed a system of radio astrology. Now it came to pass that David died and his company was on it's way out. Here is where I picked up on the matter. R.C.A. provided the equipment, and Sonoma State College provided the support, for the continuation of the studies of R.C.A. In good fortune, on Oct. 13 1980, all the planets, and even the moon formed into one single straight line. The sun erupted violently, with large standing wave rings spreading over a third of its visible surface. Through the 4 year study I determined by observation that the sun has a direct influence on the climate of the earth, as well as earthquake and volcanic activity. These are observable facts, whether you like it or not.

Let us go back to the "Carter Years", 1975 or so. We were told, while waiting in long gas lines, of the impending Ice Age. And it's all our fault because of car exhaust, etc. At that time a major solar minimum took place at the transition between solar cycles 21 and 22. Record cold and drought hit the Bolinas area. Following the rise in solar activity into the 1980's so came a distinct rise in the rainfall and temperature. This phenomenon has remained consistant to this day. But why is it that so called Astronomers and Physicists react so violently to these concrete realities? We are not operating here on an engineering basis but it is now a matter of human psycho-pathology.

Now it has come to pass that climate and solar conditions are similar to the Carter "Ice Age" years. The solar activity into cycle 24 is unusually weak*. This has given rise to a phenomenon which I had been studying at my Mojave Research Installation at Landers. It is called "Perma Winter." Each and every year as this solar minimum deepened, winter storms in the north pacific have been produced later and later into the summer season, and now they continue all year. Conversely, the tropical summer cyclones have become less numerous, even failing to appear at all in the east pacific. Finally the sea temperature in Bolinas, which is nominally 51 deg. F for 30 years now drops to 48 deg F.

WHERE IS THE WARMING? The past 4 years living in my car in the desert, it has become progressively colder each year. Even this last summer the temperature was 5 degrees cooler than normal. The engineer says it's getting colder, Al Gore (A.K.A. "CommonWeal", Bolinas) tells us it is getting warmer. Who is CommonWeal and what do they represent? Kontrol! So our study is not one of solar terrestrial observations, but the study of the Al Gore/CommonWeal axis, and how they Kontrol our minds. Verily, Global Warming is a religion, not a science. No more discussion of climate is in order but now a discussion of exactly what is the main CommonWeal objective. But this is considered Anti-Semetic so I drop the ball here.

THanks for the input. I would like to say that the actions of a few within a religious or social sect do not necessarily paint the whole. There are plenty of evangelical extremists which sway political outcome, yet I cannot say that admonishing their actions is anti Christian.

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that NASA and the Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS) refrain from including unproven remarks in public releases and websites. We believe the claims by NASA and GISS, that man-made carbon dioxide is having a catastrophic impact on global climate change are not substantiated, especially when considering thousands of years of empirical data. With hundreds of well-known climate scientists and tens of thousands of other scientists publicly declaring their disbelief in the catastrophic forecasts, coming particularly from the GISS leadership, it is clear that the science is NOT settled.


The unbridled advocacy of CO2 being the major cause of climate change is unbecoming of NASA's history of making an objective assessment of all available scientific data prior to making decisions or public statements.


As former NASA employees, we feel that NASA's advocacy of an extreme position, prior to a thorough study of the possible overwhelming impact of natural climate drivers is inappropriate. We request that NASA refrain from including unproven and unsupported remarks in its future releases and websites on this subject. At risk is damage to the exemplary reputation of NASA, NASA's current or former scientists and employees, and even the reputation of science itself.

The era of refusing to debate and insisting that "the science is settled" is over. Al Gore does not have the guts to debate Lord Monckton because he knows it is all a scam that has made him rich. The Nobel Peace Prize Committee which honored him will never revoke the prize it awarded him. But the game is up, the dam is broken. It may take yars before the victory is acknowledged, but as the Bard reminds us, "The truth will out."
