Here I found very interesting site: Stiffler Scientific by Dr. Ronald Stiffler.
I did some of my own experiments based on his idea. And the easiest way to replicate it is to connect signal generator to microwave transformer and on one output wire connect LEDs in a loop. (Make sure that you will find self-resonant frequency for transformer, also I was using square waves for better result)
You can use this idea on Imhoteps oscillator, just connect 2 diodes to HV wire and connect florescent light between diodes or put capacitor to charge.
