What I liked was how to improve your current solar panels that was shown on an another page of that link. I am thinking of using a mirror at the base of my solar panels and see if that helps the voltage any.
If every one in your community had ONE simple 120 watt solar panel(an affordable solution) it could all add up and go back into the grid, all residents then subtract the collected combined total off your power bill - Its called net metering: Solar panels at cost
People could get a subsidy form the government to put one 120watt panel on their roof per year- Then pretty soon IN A COMBINED community most of the power could be shared rather then on the grid.
After a subsidy a 120 watt could be around 200$, thats cheap
Imagine how many 1KW Solar Panels the government could give away for 700 Billion Dollars......
With all the Government Grant money that no one apparently knows about maybe the Government could grant each person that signs up a coupon for a 1 KW solar panel..... that should bring down the cost......
