Light a Fluorescent light with a 1.5v AA

This link shows how to use a disposable camera flash to light a Fluorescent light off just a 1.5v AA battery.

It looks like its a Jule Thief circuit.But it should be fun to play with.

This circuit was done by Groundloop not me.
according to him it will light a 15w cfl for about two hours off a 1.5v AA battery.

The wattage of a fluorescent tube is a characteristic of its size and vice versa; the wattage determines the size. That's why a 20 watt tube is 2 feet long and a 40 watt tube is 4 feet long.

Once you download the circuit it is a big picture with all the details.
82 resistor is 82 ohm's but it can be anything close to 82 ohm's
I was going to use a 100 ohm one in mine I'll let you know how it works.
