I agree too, that this should not be mystified like tap into a big Dark Mystery with Scalarwaves and Dark mysterious Energy.
Maybe some just have a lack of understanding from Resonanceeffects and overrate simple Effects and some are some hyper.

But my Opinion, better keep the things simple, and see what you get,
and dont spend to much Time with thinking about where and why, or you may start dreaming, and see Things, what are not there.

But i think, Resonance is a good Way, to get better Results at some things,
as allways to work only with Pressure, where you 'Push' something out.
Your Calculator looks realy nice, but Luc and Jetis use 2 and more Coils.
I think, a resonant Circuits with Coils cause other Results, as Circuits with Caps and Resistors do.
So, for my Part, i stay positiv
    Hi Joit

Just to clarify, the reonance simulator is not mine, it was posted by 'Rectified' on another thread.

    • I wonder how accurate that resonance simulator is and whether we can rely on it.

But, when you play with it for a bit you realize how narrow is the margin of the resonance of some circuits and how much "loss" you have when the tunning is off by a fraction.

The Java calculator I posted on the other thread was just one of many on the net to help make the math easier for those that don’t enjoy working out all the math. It does however include the formulas if you would rather work it out by hand. Like they say, you can lead a mule to water but you can't make them drink if they don’t want to. I wasted many many frustrated hours in my life trying to take short cuts only to find out later If I would have been open to some advise I would have succeeded much sooner getting the results I wanted in the end. I keep hearing many here and else ware talking about trying to find resonance, yet wonder if that is what they really want to achieve. When struggling to learn or to accomplish something I personally feel grateful when given a little help along the way. Looking back I now understand what it must of been like for others when trying to help me many years ago…..It must have been like watching someone pin the tail on the donkey back then too.

        • I can report that the calculator appears to be somewhat accurate, at least in my experiments performed with simple serial and parallel RLC circuits. I did not measure those voltage drops as the calculator reports them, but then again maybe the problem is me and not the theory.

Never the less you get an idea how being dead-on is important when it comes to resonance when you try it out and that slight changes toss everything off balance.

I’m pleased to see you found the Java program informative. Unfortionatly as is the case with most formulas, it will always be difficult to include all the variables that will also affect the precision. Capacitance and inductance can be extremely sensitive things to control. Years ago the average radio or television required numerous tunable components to fine tune a circuit once it was put together in order to make them function as designed on paper. It wasn’t that long ago a technicain would need to spend an hour or more to readjust the alignment of a color television once it was move from one location to another. I’ve seen a team of engineers take weeks to fined a solution to a problem that was fixed just by relocating a component an inch away from another. The math will help you see what the goal is, troubleshooting why your outcome is off can be a beneficial educational experience.

            • I agree, as a tool to see the goal this Java program is great, but of course we can't give up experimental portion in favour of dry math.

Still, I was able to decompile it and extend the range of sliders since the values available are truly "informative" ...

              • Great work Luc

                High Luc,

I just watched you latest video with the 3 coils and the output 10 times the input, and it's just great.
Your presentation is very clean and clear as usual
(I can't watch all tutorials because line around here is very very slow )

I scare a bit when you annonce self running system, that the big bad guys jump on you

If you get it, we should prepare something more organised to announce it, not letting you alone on that part of the disclosure.
Of course you might be preparing something with Ash and his organisation ...

Wish you the best of success Luc, but be careful, don't make it easy for them to stop it.

I'm here in case of help needed; I have free time and I'm traveling, so I can post websites or messages from different place everyday

If you need also some support for new parts, just drop me an email.

I hope soon to have more cash, God willing, and send some to Panacea, because they are doing incredible useful work for everybody

Keep on the great work all,
                MDG

                • Hi Stephen,

thank you for your post and words of encouragement

I don't believe the way I calculated the input energy is the correct way in video test 12, so don't get too excited about it. At this point I don't care to learn the correct way either as someone will find a problem with something else The real test will be closing the loop which should make it non debatable at that point.

Thank you also for expressing your concern ... no need to fear as I have faith that when one has no personal or hidden agenda and is freely sharing with All... the path will have no obstacles.

One can also invoke the mighty force of removing obstacles by chanting this Holy Mantra: YouTube - Ganesh Mantra - Obstacle Breaker (100 Repetitions) STROBE this aspect of God is depicted by an Elephant head and maybe why in our World the Elephant has no obstacles as he journeys though the jungle.

                  @everyone,

for most of the past week I had my daughter visiting and did not do much work but now I am free again so I'm back to my coil tests as of tomorrow to try to find the one that best charges a 5AH 12vdc sealed lead acid battery before closing the loop.

I'm not sure how many days this will take to fine tune this but I will keep you informed of the progress as it goes.

                  Stay tuned

                  Luc

                  • Battery Charging Joule Thief Circuit (OP2)

                    Hi all

This is my first post here, but I have been asked to post a circuit from one of my Youtube Videos and thought I could Post It Here as it uses a coil that is in resonance.

YouTube - Joule Theif (Circuit) 001

                    YouTube - Joule Thief (Test 01) 002

YouTube - Joule Thief (Test 02 LEDs) 003

I am currently testing the circuit and it ran for 18 Hours Charging the second battery and now Im swapping the batteries over to see if we can reclaim any of those 18 Hours. I find this circuit really interesting because it produces Light and charges the battery......

Any Ideas are welcome, or If I made any obvious mistakes on the sketch...

                    Paul.

great experiments you're doing there mate

Please keep us up to date with you charge discharge experiments.

Thanks for taking the time to share

It's better to wear off by working than to rust by doing nothing.

                        • Hi Luc and all on the Thread

                          Hi Luc

                          Thanks for looking at them....

I have been using the circuit for 18h 30mins ish before it discharged, I've now set the switch for the batteries to swap and am still running the test and making video to collate later. I think that it will maintain the energy in the batteries for a few swap....

Is there any way I can get the forum to email me with new posts?

                          Cheers.

                              Hi Paul,

maybe check your bulk mail folder before you make changes here since I never did have to do any changes and I would get an email notifications of a topic I posted in. But if that is not where they have been going then try the below.

Here is also a way that may work. On the blue bar at top click on "Profiles" and select "My Profile" and on that page you will have some new buttons below the blue bar and select "Settings" and on the Account box select "Notification Preferences" and put a check mark on E-mail under the "New Comment"
