Its hard to believe that someone would pay those prices to get ripped off.

If it were me i would just literally get into my car and drive until found where they lived and then deal with him on a face to face basis until i got my cash back or had satisfied my self with $15000.00 worth a**-whoppin! But then, of course, i wouldn't actually buy from a site like that.

Its sad that there really are people looking to take advantage like that though.

The prices alone draw up speculation. But without more info on their site there is no way of knowing other than to contact them. If there is some real technology there they should at least have some statement of the founding principles of their energy generating device or even a video would be nice.
