Yer, i agree with you.
Its better, to have a Step by Step learning, and dont trap into Things, where you dont know about, if and where is the Danger or bring yourself into Danger.
I am pretty sure, even at Toroid Coils that there can more Things happen as at simple Setups.
Its the same as if you play around with Nuclear Fission, you can probatly do a few things wrong there.
Good thing is, you can do something wrong at both Things, Atom fissing, or gain Free Energy, so no excuse for the we-want-no-free-energy-freaks-we-want-our-Oil.
Mainly its ok, to get that, what you need, and not try to get overeffects.

Yes, as usual I agree. And thanks for the warning - which is something I realized a while ago when I started to actually understand the extreme forces we are talking of so lightly. To add in a few small clipping from my 'document' that will give people more of an idea what you are talking about:

One square mm with a single layer of atoms only will have about 100,000,000,000,000 atoms. An electron is 1,839 times smaller than a Neutron. The neutron is less than 0.000,001 of the atom.

Free High-Energy Neutrons (not part of atoms) are said to have more energy than fission energy neutrons (the ones you find in atoms) and are generated in accelerators or in the atmosphere from cosmic particles. They can have energies as high as tens of joules per neutron.

Breaking the atom (neutron/proton) appart is what they do with nuclear bombs. Much less energy than that needed to make Electrons break free from the atom.

The direction I see is to find a process to reverse this - to add more electrons (relatively easy) but to also keep them inside a conductor as 'free radicals' THAT is the challenge I seek an answer for - and I do not think this will be on the scale of nuclear reactions.

I wish I knew more; OR I wish I had a teacher that could teach me this.
But this goes into the Quantum fields of total confusion.

As for FCC regulations - YES, that does pose a risk - serious risk to some. It is easy for SETI to find your signal and think it comes from outer space! Jokes on a fire, but it is serious. Thus when you start playing with HV/HF then better get your whole workplace screened off - or move to country side - or move to Asia.

Conspiracy to Surprises

Well, the current reality is: Good for the rest of the world.
It gives us change to catch up with N-America and possibly advance.

Fortunately outside of the Western controlled sphere; the rest of the
world and in particular Asia are eager and supported by governments
to develop the alternative.

Razor blade switch

So many things to think about! Had a wake up call from you!

I used razor blades before to make a magnetic switch, but max speed was quite low. Never though to use a motor/gear combination to switch it.
Hit me on the head so Ican wake up. Guess too many atoms there now!

Lol, there's always a way around problems.. It will be nice to see what you start doing without relying on transistors to switch; by the time they turn on, electrons are already moving!

Ps, I've blown 3 neons, they can't handle the purple flash and electrodes get black; eventually glass goes dark.

If you can know why the burn out - yes it might be a good sign. You are using a fan motor in the circuit? I can not make out on the back of video?
