If your in Australia, Jaycar have just started to sell a 40 amp DC motor controler kit. I built it the other day and it works perfectly you can also adjust the pulse frequency from something like 300hz up to 7800hz. It also has a soft startup feature (takes about 5 sec to reach full power) which I think is a nice thing to have especially if you are running a strong electrolyte mixture.

Could be a good alternative to some of the others people are selling.
