Rejunivating a dead battery!

Now this is a might techie so make sure you have taken aboard plenty of fish meals before you a wades in here!

Firstly one should find a solid slab of concrete preferably around 4"" thickness
The battery should be dropped from a height of around 12"- as high as possible without destroying the battery. It should be dropped as flatly as possible - not to land on one corner or the other. As the human back is a poor piece of engineering it helps if there is a wall of around 2' 6" high on which one can rest the non active arm whilst dropping! Now I drop the battery around 30 times but 10 times may be sufficient. Following the dropping the battery should be suitable charged. To date I have found that at least one years extra life can be arrived at and maybe infinitely more.. Obviously the quality and state of the battery is pertinent. If the guaranteed life of a battery is 4 years I think it not beyond the bounds of possibility that an extra third may be added to that life. A nice little savin - particularly for them of us what as lives off the sniff of an oily rag!

Sweet, i got a crappy battery and dont feel like buying a new one, im going to try it. Does this work by knocking the sulfadation that bedini always talks about off the plates? Or is there something else going on here?

I'm guessing it will break the sulphation off the plates, but it won't dissolve it like a bedini charger does so (again I'm guessing) there will be a limit to how many times this will work

Either that or it has something to do with Gotgas's cavitation theory

FINALLY a F-E project i can replicate at home despite my meager means!

Got an old badly sulfated deep-cycle for the boat, that was just sitting around waiting for me to get off my can and make a Bedini pulse charger. So i used the new "Drop it Sucka!" method, exactly 10 times, using a vertical pulsing movement of precisely 12.0 inches (using a laser sight to insure perfect levelness). So far it is taking a charge much better than it was, but the test will be if it will keep up the running lights while out on the reef all night fishing.

If it works, in gratitude i will send you some Yellow Tails and Grunts for sharing this method (but wait, i can't afford the dry-ice this month so maybe that's a bad idea )

My theory on how it works is this: As the lead plates accelerate towards the Earth's molten core (... using Gravitons as the Prime Mover), they cut the Diractic Sea Aether, generating massive amounts of free electrons. This can be measured by Decibel Level, if you accidentally leave your foot in the Target Area

Battery Rejuvenator

Hey, Will rhis work with a dry cell battey, too? I have several AA and 9 volt NiCad that needs rejuvenating. How high will I have to drop them from? Do I need to calculate the speed of gravity to determine the proper drop heigth? So many questions and so little time to experiment. Any formulas will be appreciated.

i made a pneumatic vibration table at work for filling mold cavity's in plastic roto-moulding. i might bolt a battery to it and leave it overnight bet it will have a similar effect without the risk off battery explosions

Perhaps I should add (it’s very difficult to amend posts) that this method is for normal sized car/ vehicle batteries – such as come with a central handle – hence my ability to drop one handed – remember the other hand is on the wall relieving any back strain. Dropping distance from around 9” to 12” (22cm to 30cm)

Should perhaps be handled with more care. Size increases the danger of breaking the casings. I would therefore suggest an alternative method in that such batteries are dropped lifting only one end at a time and then alternating the dropped end. Naturally one could use the first method - sitting on a chair (don’t put an unnecessary strain on the body) and suitably dropping the battery . The noble art of battery dropping is an art and not a science – bit like medicine/ surgery – so take your time feel your way.
Now keep it under your hats! Remember, those battery manufacturers may all be officers and not to say gents but are they sportsman? If in the next few years when buying a battery the last thing I want is to be presented with a foam rubber or worse encased battery – course it’s extremely unlikely that I shall ever buy a new battery whilst there are plenty of worn out used readily at hand just awaiting the artful hand to raise them phoenix like from their slumbers!

This, I think I would choose a snow drift instead of cement. Might be safer to the battery, and give close to the same amount of jar.

I also considered taking a Bedini wheel and purposefully making the wheel out of balance so it would vibrate the battery to no end...

IT is possible that a regular dropping on a yearly basic is counterproductive. Now before surgery we sometimes wait for something to grow prior to its removal– this may well be the case in respect of lead acid batteries. Therefore I would suggest waiting until the battery tells one that the time is ripe - that morning when it first complains when turning the engine over! The coating will then perhaps drop of more completely. Course this method is another way to go:

But does it excite them primitive urges pushing the heart to race and the blood flow! – It may also not be quite as effective.

Not a cure for opens

This is a great tempy cure for tired batteries. If you have one with a open cell forget it.

Get your trade in for a new one if your meter reads open conditions...
