telophone wire bifilar inductor

I just finished and tested this coil i put together it consists of 45 turns of normal phone wire wrapped around a 2 inch pvc pipe which is packed with iron media blasting pellets. this is what it spits out .078khz in equals 2.87khz out. this is my first attempt at winding a inductor that has worked how i wanted. does this sound like it is working correctly? its for a stan meyers hho setup. i've been trying other components and had some spare time so i decided to see if i could use this wire i had lying around . it has 1 ohm resistance but shows 14 millihenrie of inductance (that sound right??)

definately learned a bit from doing this.
