All these effects are related to Tesla's disruptive discharge circuit. Each of these inventors' concepts somehow relates to Tesla's. Edwin Gray got the idea from a Russian friend who studied Tesla's work. If we took the time to replicate Tesla's disruptive discharge primary and perfect it, I'm sure the radiant effects would be plentiful, just as Tesla himself experienced. The plans are all there, but the people with the resources never replicate them? why not?? Surely it beats trying to decipher cryptic patents and trying to chase after the next manifestation of Teslain technology.
