Unity of Opposites, the
Mobile and the Stationary,
the Defensive & the Offensive

:Bulletproof Monk 2003

This is the system promised for Friday. It is a very simple system that combines the stationary (unmoveable angled arm for impact) with the mobile (hinged weight, or ball for less arm damage). It isn't just about Power <> it's about Grace. Some may recognize this idea from the movie Bulletproof Monk of 2003, it is the elusive combination of opposed forces working together. I believe adding this system to some of the other inventor's systems may just help pull them through the dead spots and/or pendulum rebounds.

It might possibly run as a standalone system. I haven't built it yet. I believe the falling-impacting of the left side will occur ahead of the weight retention on the up & coming side which is btw closer in to the hub than the extended arm => providing a leverage factor, multiplication of force that should be a bigger plus coming down than a negative coming up
because on the up side there is no impact.

The super duper "great granddaddy system" I announced is presenting me with construction issues so it is being suspended-release of indeterminate time. Lack of a more fully equipped workshop is a supporting issue. All factors considered, I choose not to release drawings of it. If the wrong person was to patent it, it could be withheld for 20+ years. That's unacceptable. I will seek out better solutions.

I have appreciated everybody's interest and support.

• Double Lever~Double Fulcrum

When the ball or weight impacts the end of the stationary arm the hinge joint becomes a fulcrum to the arm reaching outward to the arm extension connecting piece, which is itself yet another lever~fulcrum action. This should all exert quite a pull downward on the extended arm.

• I know what you mean about obtaining a patent for a idea. I have been thinking of posting some of my machines and ideas for other machines in here as an open souce project. Let whomever has the time and money replicate them. I can't get a patent on them anyway. The company I work for has the rights all sewn up as far as obtaining a patent while employed there. I would have to be absent from the company for 4 years before I could obtain a patent in my own name, or jointly with anyone. I have been sitting on a few that I had thought of patenting, and have even done a patent search on one. Others I would probably not be granted a patent on, as they would be considered free energy machines. Good Luck. Stealth

• Communists not Americans <> Companies, Doctors, Hospital Board of Directors

I've heard of people not agreeing to sign that employee-patent thing and still getting hired because it isn't enforceable, but that was before the employment picture changed too. I think you could still file a patent with them listed as part-Owner or something, but for a Company to hold you back from making contributions to society and to your wallet you should control is unconscionable.

I think if they had any brains they would encourage their employees to invent like gangbusters and back them up, and everybody could walk to the bank. I worked for Gardner-Denver in Roanoke years ago before they closed their doors and they had me sign that paper too but I sure didn't like it. It was an insult to an inventor. But you see what happened to them and their paper eh? They closed their doors. They closed their doors with ME THERE?! hahahaha Not to mention my cousin Bernie Sowers. Gardner-Denver had a room full of geniuses and closed their doors in Roanoke, but:

That's what happens to Communists pretending to be Americans.
The same thing is happening to hospitals too. Stealth, any time people
require you to pre-sign agreements dissolving them of responsibility even before
they do anything, whether it's Hiring you or Operating on you, that's bad.
They have also unwritten the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

I don't know what business your company is about but let's say motorcycles. Okay, so you go and invent a new process for churning butter. And you can't run with it?! You can always tell Communists because they write all-encompassing agreements that give all the Rights to them and take all your rights from you. They get away with it for a while but sooner or later the boomerang comes home => it breaks those who do such things, breaks them down deep inside in their consciences to even the very idea make someone sign those forms. It breaks the back of Progress <> and <> it breaks people's spirit. People aren't stupid. You aren't stupid. Everyone knows signing those forms is wrong. It gives doctors/physicians pre-permission to make mistakes because they know they have "The Law" on their side backed up with half the lawyers in Roanoke living out of their pocket... instead of coming up with better ways of doing things. Roanokers feel the Hate here when they wake up and when they go to sleep at night, when they apply for a job or walk into a Carilion/Lewis-Gale bum****Egypt American hospital because they know their Rights stop where the Human Resources personnel office begins, and they also know the smile on their doctor's face is the smile of the hunter-gatherer towards his defeated prey.

Why the Sam Hill do you think I've been disabled for 20 years for? They have burned the Constitution like an oily rag burned up by the hospital board of directors (some of them being bully-taught transplants from Norfolk-Southern) and by companies. They think they're winning but all they're doing is becoming better students of Karl Marx and Lenin, disciples of Kruschev and Stalin, worshippers of Mao Tse-Tung. Look at Pelosi over their groveling before them instead of building my engines and not needing them at all.

Pre-signing forms is evidence of the vilest acid rot.
This world needs a serious makeover because it is
even now throwing itself into the fire and
their children into Iraq.

• Yea, I have left that company for now. I still have another 1-1/2 years before their agreement expires. That is why I have been setting on these designs for a while now. If I don't go back there, then my time limit will expire and the company I work for now doesn't require a signed agreement. I will be free to do whatever I want to. Good Luck. Stealth

• All that front page Roanoke Times free publicity you could never pay for advertising:

Your situation is interesting. If you filed a patent right now and it wasn't passed for 2-3 years from now... and what pray tell would they do, what action would they file in Roanoke Circuit Court? What legal language would they throw against you?

So if they won what would be the penalty <> 50%? I could live with 50% if I had to... because for one all that publicity on the front page of the Roanoke Times you could never pay for advertising like that.

• Still a shame, 2 1/2 years lost as opponents when you should have been on the same team.

• I personally would find it very enjoyable them explaining to a judge how they still have company tentacles around your neck all this time past no longer being on their payroll. I would dearly love to be there and hear that. Because for one thing if you are still bound by employee rules then they are in gross violation of not paying you Minimum Wages for 4 years. And the Federal and State taxes on it.

• I seriously doubt your ex-company would want to take the chance being a test case before a new Supreme Court justice. The hospital boards here in Roanoke don't take any action against me and that isn't because they care. They don't want me opposite them in court.

Plus their brainy lawyers kept advising them for 6 years I would go away. Or die. I imagine they win plenty of cases that way but somehow hmm, perhaps this time God's Will thought different.

I don't see a lot of reason for you to hold back.

• Stealh, is there no-one to trust bearing the name for your invention? It's not about honor or cash, so why can't a friend be trusted to patent it for safe keeping?

• Patents not supposed to be documents of lies.

Cloxxki: File a patent -a LEGAL document- stating you aren't the Inventor? Assigning inventorship over to someone else is not a trifle. If someone really wanted the invention for themselves they could contest the paperwork and file it themselves, a 3rd Party that is. Patents are not supposed to be documents of lies.

Besides, lies have a way of coming home.

Men can put the house on their wife's name just before bankrupcy.
No-one has to know who really did it. It would only be done in the best interest of technology, and this case mankind, to get established that there is an invention, how it works, and that no-one out for money can run with it.

Then, if it works, just spread the world, lots of good replicators online, the idea will not die or be stolen. Once published online, invention cannot be claimed by someone else. Just applying for a patent is enough to keep corporate off your back for a couple years. Applying is cheap. Gives you times to develop and implement.

• Your posted suggestion to Stealth was to have a friend sign as being the Inventor, not his wife. Lying on legal documents bearing your name is a really poor choice.

Comment

• Falsifying information on legal documents (any document you sign your name to) is an even poorer choice when the document is going to a United States Government official arm like the U.S. Patent Office.

Stuff like that could have many repercussions like Jail sentences and fines.

But when the other person discovers you are capable of straightout LYING TO THEIR FACE at the threat of incarceration & fines... that tells them you are totally devoid of Christian principles and therefor totally outside of God's law and 3rd-ly deserving of anything they decide to do to you because when you perjured yourself PUBLICLY IN THAT DOCUMENT you've told them you have no relationship with God period, therefore deserving of whatever hammers they drop across your fingers.

If we throw our principles out the door to accomplish our inventing we become just like Corporate. I assumed Stealth was above that and he had also indicated he was doing his best to obey the law. And I agree. He should obey the law.

He was obeying a law of dictators... who know they can bully employees.

• You know, when I first started building and inventing these ideas for OU motor, FE machines and the like, I was really interested in the monetary side of inventing. I know someone who contacted one of those patent advertisers on TV, and got his patent ripped of. I guess many companies now benefit from his idea, but not him. He never got a dime. Anyway, times have changed. I guess I have matured enough to face reality. I am not going to get an OU, FE or similar motor patented. I am surprised that anyone has. So, right now I am in a dilema. I have thought of just posting some of my simpler machines on this forum as an open source project. I am not really interested in becoming a multi Millionaire anyway. I haven't made a decision yet, but I do think if you post your gravity machine, then I will post one or more ,too. All mine are CAD drawings, and I will have to convert them to PDF to post them, or hand draw them. Good Luck. Stealth
