High Voltage from Thin Air?

I can't fully replicate this but I think I have a clue where this is going. Long ago I put an AV plug +cap on a 9V DC battery and observe a small trace of charging. I was excited and decided to post my finding, but a later replication shows no trace of charging. I couldn't find out the reason for this anomaly. Now that you mention, it might have been due to the direction the apparatus facing. It does shows now when I rotate, but the effect is too small for me to conclude. Hope I'm on the right track.

Yes you are 100% correct in the direction along with a method to enhance the effect. This all ties back to the Doctors video of the wireless work where the position of the diodes would switch the transmission on and off as they were moved from horizontal to vertical position.

There will be a web page covering this with extensive test data albeit a day or two more as we were hit this AM with a massive cold front and it requires our attention first as we have many experiments outdoors.

As a side note this also connects with the Schumann waves and Diurnal effects.

We have many 18 boards here and will run them, i hoped when to get to the Steorn SS board to run some SEC's from it to amplify the power, thing is we need a good heat exchanger so am just trying to find that ATM. The transistor the Doctor is using is not commercially available. The unit was designed in-cooperation with a semiconductor company to construct a unit that improved on the factors present in the MPSA06 that allows a Negative Resistance operation. These units are extremely expensive as the design and production of only one-thousand units for initial research was done. If the work is allowed to progress the transistors may go into a normal production mode by this company - although may be of limited number.

Some basic parms are the average unit has an hfe of 400-750 and a Vbe of as low as 0.17 volts. The units will display an equivalent negative resistance of 0.7 ohm for a voltage of 8.5 volts. As the Doctor states one should stay tuned to what may be coming and again conditions can change this outcome.

Anyway (Everyone) receives a shipping confirmation email if 9supplied a valid address). Ever shipping email contains the link to documentation. Thing is people never read. Check one of the shipping emails or send the Doctor a normal email with name and address under which order was placed.

So there is no misunderstandings here, I do know from memory that I either received an email from you about giving a board(s) to a friend or friend(s). Although an old memory is not as exact any more so I do not remember if you did or were going to.

Anyway my Policy has always been with only one or two exceptions when someone else did it for me, to include in every shipping confirmation the link to the most current documentation. So when someone who like yourself and the great work you have done with the SEC Technology says that out of seven boards they never received such a link, I ponder why?

I will be very happy to forward to anyone that provided the Name/Email under which a board was ordered to send at once a link to the document, I will not rely on my clouded memory or someone saying thy did, simple request is it not?, at least when every one goes by names that are not in any way identifiable as a cross reference.

Also I have not received the email you (above) said you sent, where did you send it to? Send to me at my personal address or to the address stated above for another document request.
