      • The Doc's electrolyzer

        Hi Doc/ALL

        Encase some one does not want to go through the lovely 270 pages at the OU forum here is a collection of the Docs electrolyser stuff. Am just about to draft up some thing to send to the doc later on. Also i have already got a contact at our local university who should know about the groups efforts on the SEC, i think thats what the Doc also wanted, will drop him an email today.

        Super efficient electrolysis

        The Doc is one Personal inspiration for me for releasing open source and not patenting.

        • Guys,

          why can I only get SEC15 to oscillate with 20-40uH while everyone seems to be using 1-4uH?

            If you have made all connections correctly, all components have the right value and none defective, then it must be the layout, something very important at high frequencies. Can you post 1 or 2 photos of your SEC ?

                Is there a special reason to use carbon rods for the Charge Recycle Electrolyzer, or can stainless steel 316L also be used ?
                I have easy access to those tubes.

                And thank you so much for all the material you published, you have put me to work for a long period, as your findings are so important that they must materialize in daily practical applications. As electrolyzing works by voltage your exciter should have potential for making a completely closed system for a home furnace heating system.

                Maybe your Charge Recycle Electrolyzer is better, I will check it out when I (hopefully) get the pdf document.

                Thank you so much for sharing your work, I consider you a true scientist, because you support your ideas with experiments instead of just pointing to a textbook only

                @ashtweth

                Thank you very much for the links, now I have all present YouTube videos from Doc

                However the rapidshare link

                RapidShare: Easy Filehosting

                does not work for me. It keeps telling me an error that I can only download 1 file at a time, although I'm not downloading any.

                Is it possible to post the file here ?

                And also thank you for your high drive on making the world a better place. I can only guess how much time you spend on making the very good documentation on:

                Panacea University

                I really appreciate your hard work

                      Yeah, but you still need to enable the javascript on the SaveTube site, so what difference would it make letting YT scripts?

                      I use the DownloadHelper addon in FireFox to save YT videos. Works good and I can grab mp4 versions whenever they are available as well (just append &fmt=18 to the URL)
                      Are the ravings of a lunatic signs of a genius?

                        I have used DownloadHelper previously.

                        To check I'm not fooled by NoScript, I disabled all scripting in the preferences, it still works

                            And thank you for the link, I got the file.

                            @all

                            Now still more questions than answers.

                            I can't help thinking about Stan's electrolyzer stuff, the geometry of the electrodes (cone shaped), and the ionization level. The span from the least level of ionization to the most is approx. a factor of 64. So a milliliter of gas is not a measure of efficiency without knowing the level of ionization according to this post.

                            http://www.energeticforum.com/renewa...html#post37266

                            We have already seen the efficiency of running LEDs, nice to apply to energize the gasses more.

                            So knowing how to build the exciter, it is compact, cheap and "simple" to use exciters to
                            run a furnace at least if we find a way to section the electrode. The concept of flame igniter, control and safety issues can be copied from a natural gas furnace. By making a closed system with electricity in and heat out we can avoid the EMC problems. I have not had the time to read all post in the "stanley-meyer-explained" thread, I assume it is possible to recycle the water in the closed system.

                            It should be possible to establish circulation in the electrodes with the rising bubbles, so no pump is needed. We also have the possibility to create pressure to create a water spray. It would be very nice, if it shows possible to run the process without moving parts, except for some one way valves.

                            Any opinions ?

                            Eric

                              I have a a comment on the incandescent bulb in your latest video "SGate Update and follow the design".

                              Hector dimensions a bulb in a current node by measuring the actual AC current and inserting a bulb with the same nominal current consumption at normal working conditions.

                              This way he lighted a 1000W/230V bulb to full intensity in a current node. The voltage drop over the bulb was only 19,8 Volts.

                              -----

                              I have frustrations working with exciter and SGate.

                              I badly miss a proper coil design program. What I would like to have is calculations from these input parameters.

                              Desired inductance, desired wire length, desired resonant frequency, max. resistance at a given frequency.

                              And obtain form outer diameter, wire diameter, alternatively number of wires in a litze wire, eg. 5 x 32 gauge, number of turns, number of layers, and center distance between windings and layer distance if more than one layer.

                              The center distance can be controlled by winding the coil on a threaded coil former. The coil former can be made on a lathe, giving a large degree of freedom for selecting diameter and a proper winding center distance from a discrete set for single layer coils.

                              I have searched the net, but had no success finding such a design program. Do any of you have such a program ?

                              I have made several coils now, same inductance but different geometry and wire length. I'm in serious lack of experience with RF coils, so I guess I have to make more coils to get the feel of this, so I maybe can make such a program myself, if unable to find a design program. But somebody must have it, it is a must for designing RF coils.

                                @Tecstatic

                                No the SGate paper is not removed it has just taken a different position in the chain, its kind of get the simple stuff out first and not hold people back.

                                So what coils are you talking about? I like my very first method of numbering coils from left to right and starting at the base coil L1, collector coil L3 and primary load or output coil L3 and on the SGate the actual output coil is L4.
                                How there was a document released I had help on (last time for that) and the coils took on a different assignment like Lb for L1 etc., I wish this would go away.

                                Yes I have dimensions and specs for all coils but I do my calculations in Mathmatica or a simple spread sheet where I have placed all formulations, I have nothing exclusively for coils. Coils are a fun thing in RF, inner winding capacity, skin effect, dielectric of the insulation, diameter, length, wire size, mutual inductance, dielectric of form and many more factors. Don't be upset with trying, but I need to know which coil and I can send you some specs.
