Could someone please get this patent application for me?

I am not sure how to retrieve this application as it is from Mexico. I tried their website and is confusing me to say the least, as I do not read Spanish:

I checked out the site, but couldn't find any way to get any more info than what was at the link you provided. There is mention of the invention under "Antigravity Related Patents" at this page:
Antigravity Related Patents
about one-third of the way down, but it says info is not available yet.

There is also a Donald Lee Smith in Kansas who has his own web page at:

His nickname is "el pato," which means 'the duck' in Spanish (Donald Duck). He seems to have had a background in the US Airforce, but I don't see anything else there related to this topic.

Yeah that's as much as I could find, though there are couple of more references about the Donald Lee Smith I am seeking patent app of. Turns out he does not get much good press and is generally considered a con:

I stumbled upon two lectures he gave at the Tesla conference and I thought it was interesting what he was saying so figured to look up more about him. But it seems he has not put anything concrete out except claims and black boxes since 1990s.

No independently verified data or replications, yet he claimed those in many countries but would not provide names or places. Also said the technology was beind produced but did not provide names of companies. Figures...
