Examples of Academic Suppressions

Recently i posted about Dr. James DeMeo being suppressed at the University of Kansas, where the government threatened to cut off ALL grant funds to the University if they did not end DeMeo's one specific study on Orgone and Cloudbusting (a clear example of illegal "Extortion" for academic suppression).

From my own research, i know of another clear example of academic suppression, but one that is more along the lines of "Cover-Up"; which sought to totally wipe away the work of a highly respected and beloved man after his death... Essentially attempting to erase him out of the Public Record altogether.

Dr. Gerhard Beyer and the 3-D Mapping Project at Virginia Tech

In the mid to late 1980's, Dr. Gerhard Beyer, the Department Head for Chemical Engineering at "Virginia Polytechnic Institute and University" in Blacksburg VA, ran a groundbreaking and amazing project that studied the interactions of magnetic fields in three dimensions. Along with local inventor Howard R. Johnson, and an engineer named Steven Davis, Dr. Beyer formed a Team that sought to map the fields around magnets in 3-D ; and thus further prove Mr. Johnson's already empirically-proved theories regarding Magnetic Gates, and the new related science of "Spintronics"... That finally explained the anomalies regarding magnetism that accepted scientific dogma could not explain... And still has not explained to this day, nearly 30 years later.

This Team successfully developed a method of mapping magnetic fields in 3-D ; the first time in History this was done. It entailed using a modified electro-mechanical X-Y pen plotter (with additional method for up/down movement in the "Z'" axis), that allowed the Gauss field strength and magnetic polarity of the cubic space around a magnet or group of interacting magnets to be carefully & accurately measured and recorded. This data was then used to create color computer graphs and 3-D plots; so for the first time researchers could see what was actually happening with interactive magnetic fields.

The results were startling: Proving that what science had thought before about magnetism was mostly wrong, and that models based on using "iron filings" to show magnetism were inaccurate... As Team Member Howard Johnson pointed out; iron filings only show how "tiny magnets" reacted towards one another... NOT how magnetic fields actually behave. This subtle but important point was the main reason for this study being later actively suppressed. But the Team made a video on the subject which somehow survived the later suppressions and cover-up:

Now fast forward to "2009". Over the last several months i have been researching Dr. Beyer's project, which has not been an easy task.

BECAUSE EVERY SINGLE MENTION OF IT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PUBLIC RECORD.

In fact, nearly every mention of Dr. Beyer himself has been removed. It almost as if he never existed....

Despite the FACT that he was the Department Head of Chemical Engineering at Virginia Tech for nearly THIRTY YEARS ; hardly any official mention of his name can be found: The only one being a private legacy Scholarship Fund in his name (which VT has no control over). Despite contacting several peeps there, NO ONE at the Department of Chemical Engineering will acknowledge his existence or return communication in any meaningful way (at least "on the record").

Dr. Beyer apparently died in 1992... However, his Obituary articles appear to have been removed from the archives of the local newspapers... And cannot be found despite examples of others' of the same time period. The year of Dr. Beyers death had to be obtained from the Obituary of his Widow (apparently they forgot to remove hers).

There are no publicly accessible Papers or Abstracts on this subject available from Dr. Beyer (nor on any subject by him)... And at least one Abstract per year that the Study went on would have been published (and it lasted at least three years perhaps as long as five). THOUSANDS of examples of Papers and Abstracts from the same period can be seen archived from other people & projects at Virginia Tech... But not on this subject.

From what i have been able to find, the Department of Chemical Engineering, or ANY OTHER department at Virginia Tech, have not had ANY studies even remotely related to "Magnetics" since the early 1990's .

Officially, as far as Virginia Tech's administration is concerned, Dr. Beyer apparently "never existed". Only through VERY obscure historical biographical info on others, did i find any mention of him at all. Yet, from interviews with people who knew him personally ("off the record", as they are unwilling to talk about Dr. Beyer publicly), he was highly beloved and respected. We can see from the videos he was a kindly, "Grandfatherly" man... And apparently he was warned not to pursue the magnetics project, even threatened: But he did so anyway as he felt someday the information would be highly important. And he was correct.

As a Department Head with some control over discretional funding (the Project was run on a shoe-string budget and was not very expensive anyway), being highly respected, and of course Tenured... He was: "Their Worst Nightmare"... They could not stop him from pursuing the Magnetic Mapping project legally... According to those who knew him, he was not a man who could easily be intimidated... Although it was tried anyway.

So they "punished" him via other methods: They erased his "existence" after his death.... When his ground-breaking Study should have instead made him a house-hold name all over the world; should have been repeated countless times all over the planet at thousands of Universities, should have led the way to important new theories regarding Magnetism and Physics.... And paved the way to creating Earth-changing energy technologies that are utterly clean, cheap, and safe.

More on this particular subject later (i still have several research threads going on regarding it)... Frankly there is enough on this subject for a book .. I don't mean to be secretive, but i still need to verify and corroborate some of my information by independent means before it can be made public... Which it will some day, and hopefully soon (perhaps with the help of others who read this and come forward...). But when i can, it will read something like a spy novel.. But "non-fiction" with proofs to back it

But one thing that is important to note is, that these suppressions, which cannot by their very definition be hidden, are self-defeating in the end:

THEY PROVE THE VALIDITY OF THAT BEING SUPPRESSED.

I am still hoping to get a look at an actual paper First Edition of that book... I have heard an unconfirmed report that several pages are missing from the online version, that needs to be verified

I saw this and not sure but it looks like ESA ( European Space Agency ) sent up a satellite on March 17, 2009 called "GOCE" it will collect three-dimensional gravity data all over the globe for the next 24 months because of the low orbit. The raw data will be processed on the ground to produce the most accurate map of the Earth’s gravitational field to date and to refine the geoid: the actual reference shape of our planet.

So maybe Dr. Gerhard Beyer and the 3-D Mapping Project at Virginia Tech had some influence on this ESA adventure ......

Hehehe your right, it is kinda bizarre, but it appears to be a very large poodle or some related breed. BTW that is the only snapshot photo of Dr. Beyer i've seen yet (the ones i have on my Facebook site are screen shots from the videos).

Some kind of "Dr. Moreau" experiment gone horribly wrong?? ... OMG "The Humanity"! No wonder no one there at Virginia Tech wants to talk about it!

Interesting article and some tricks to protect yourself against suppression

I posted this on another thread yesterday, but it this is a better place for it. This is an article by Peter Lindemann I think everyone on this forum should read:

In this article, he makes very clear why we don't have free energy today all over the world and he points out exactly how this has been and is still being prevented. A quote:

Please do realise that full public disclosure of your work can be a way of insurance against your work being supressed, especially if you allow people to freely share your work with others, for example by using a Creative Commons license.

You see, if someone nasty for one reason or another would not like your work to become widely known, the last thing they want to do is draw attention to it once the genie is out of the bottle. This is the advice of someone that can know:

With regards to publishing/supression, it appears there are at least two subjects in science that are a "no-go": free energy and any challenge of the evolution theory. ( If you're interested in the latter, you might want to check out the lectures of Prof. Walter Veith on this, he has some very good points that make you think. Further, I have thought about how to publish inventions in the FE area, even though I have nothing myself, not even close. Maybe some day, who knows?

Anyway, the first thing that comes to mind is: do you want a patent?
If yes, the Dutch patenting system is interesting, because timing and full disclosure are most important. If you want to publish an invention, it has to be fully working and replicable, preferably by amateurs on a low budget.

If you have something like that, the Dutch patenting system is such that *any* application will be granted, regardless if it's rubbish or not. What is important, is the date the PTO gets your application, or better: the date of the postal stamp on your application. Anything published after that cannot undo any of your claims. So, if you publish your invention on the internet say a week after you mailed it to the Dutch PTO, there is no way to supress your invention. At the very least, they can't say it's a "state secret" or something, when it's already open on the internet
However, I don't know of any examples that the Dutch PTO did something like that in the past.


Probably the full public disclosure part of this trick can be used in the US even better. The US has something known as a "grace period", which the European system does not have:

"If the invention has become publicly available in any way before the patent application was filed, the application will be rejected (Article 54 EPC). "Publicly available" includes selling the invention, giving a lecture about it, showing it to an investor without a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), publishing it in a magazine, and so on. It does not make a difference whether the person making it publicly available is the inventor, one of the inventors, or an independent third party.

The USA has a one-year grace period (35 US Code section 102). This means that the inventor can freely publish his invention without losing patent rights. However, this only applies for the USA. If an inventor does so, he automatically loses all potential patent rights in Europe (as well as many other countries in the world). "

OTOH: in the US it is known that getting a patent on something akin to a "perpetuum mobile" is awfully difficult. Just check Joseph Newmanns story for an example.


Anyway, once you filed your patent in The Netherlands, you can safely apply for a patent elsewhere, since you have a year of "priority right":

"If you have submitted an initial patent application, you have a priority right for one year. During this year you may submit corresponding applications in or for other countries, to which the submission date of the first application will then be assigned. This date is known as the priority date." ( International patents )

Now if you would do that, and issue a non-revoking license along with your internet publication that, for example, licenses any company with max 3 "real life" owners to build maximal 100 devices a year royalty free, there seems to be no way to supress your invention, even if some big ugly company buys you out and puts your invention on hold, while at the same time you keep the rights to employ your invention within "big industry", the most interesting part, since that's where the real money is.

If you don't want a patent, I still think it is important to disclose in such a way that it is easily replicatable by amateurs. Those are at the moment, sadly enough, the only ones that can build pressure and momentum if you can offer them something that works and can be easily replicated.
