Near the end of the video Don does a demo. Then shares what is likely happening per the Casimir effect. He states this is the principle behind many of his devices. It is provocatively simple.

He seems to evoke a mirrored environmental charge potential on the opposing side of a dielectric medium. At no loss or cost to the original charge. I believe he is suggesting harnessing the environmental stream to run the load, thus creating the possibility of a self powering circuit.
He seems to be serious about the importance of "earth ground" at the same time suggests his devices can run electric motors on planes (earth dipole >>> battery dipole?).
The fact that what he does is not patentable in the US (after years and millions of dollars later), tells me there is something likely to it.
What kind of simple device might be used on the environmental side of the circuit to prove "useful potential?"
