Schwarz doesn't even try to really convince. He's not into open sourcing apparently, wants to make a buck. Had he been into open source, his device would by now be either confirmed or debunked. No need to first reach mass product and market acceptance first. A few independant sceptical scientists should be something a working device can handle.
Even if he's for real, I have little hope that this invention will go anywhere but with him, to the grave. Greed, or lack of trust in mankind to do him right, may keep him from a well-deserved Nobel Prize.
