o MAN i am on this very experiment right now! id like to post my pictures of it on here if thats ok...
i must be doing it all wrong!! I am using small gauge wire and household aluminum foil EEK~
great thread keep it up
Here are some pics. As of now i have 3 antennas and 2 grounds and have 2.81 volts in my cap. Somethings better than nothing heres some pics of it
^^^these are the pieces of copper that gets buried in the ground they syupply the (-) of electricity
^^^ here is the 4 diodes arranged to create a full wave bridge rectifier. The diodes are 1N4005 diodes from radioshack, and the blue capacitor (radioshack) is 35Volt 3300uF, i used copprer as a contrasting background for the picture
^^^
here are the tetrahedrons on the lower roof, with a clear plastic tube keeping them oriented to eachother, and to help them not blow away.
^^^ the view 25 or so feet down to the ground where the wire travels
^^^ view of the wire leading up
^^^ view of the circuit
^^^ here is the rectifier/cap circuit housed in a protective hummus container. it connects the antennas (+) and the buried copper (-)
^^^ wire leading into the earth where the copper is buried
^^^liquid nails to plug the hole, to keep rain out
^^^view of the circuit , lid off
^^^ testing the cap 2.25volts (now at 2.81volts) with 3 antennas
^^^3rd antenna in production
Here is a seperate project, but also teaches you how to make the tetrahedrons, just stop at the audio chords, and solder them into the long chord leading down to the circuit Scalar Natural Earth Emitter DIY video 7.83Hz - YouTube

will do. i sprayed it with plastidip, and since i was into mask making and foam art recently i had some liquid latex sitting around, so i am coating it in latex as well. I hapen to have a couple of - ion generators as well. $11 a pop
120VAC (7.5kV Output) Negative Ion Generator-The Electronic Goldmine
gotta share a brain thought.. connecting the (+) of some AA batteries in series to the copper in the ground, and the -) of some AA batteries in series to the aluminum pyramids up on the roof, perhaps that excites the dipole
following this arrangement

I'd love to get involved and maybe help in furthering the development of this harnessing of radiant energy. Look forward to your replies!
Many years ago while experimenting with Kirlian photography I caused an accidental meltdown of my coil. That alone was not such the thing puzzled me.
What did it was the fact that when I unplugged the thing from the outlet,
it kept on running without power. It was only when I pulled the ground connection that it stopped running. So I have since wondered what I was seeing.
What I was doing was electrifying an old xray cassette and I had it grounded to the pipes in my house. At the time the cassette was closed. I should have had it open. Anyway, I read something published about Dr.John G. Trump, who worked with high voltages along with Van de Graff. He found that when plates are joined and voltage is applied the force holding them together goes up exponentially with the voltage.
My thought is that the voltage to the plates must have begun to trigger the flow of electricity out the ground and done in my coil.
Perhaps this little accident will help someone's experimentation here.
Or maybe not. Have a good day and thanks for letting me share.

Nasa Nate,
Can you make an electret? if so, make one, and then put the foil on it, trying both polarities unless you can measure HV electrostatic field polarity. You have to attract the electrons with the electret, and that way there is a greater abundance for the radiant energy to knock off.
Or maybe you could make a capacitor out of the aluminum radiant collector on one side and on the other plate go to the + output of a TV flyback, just so you can get a real measurement of whats going on with the electron ground current flow. if that works out, then work on the low energy and/or passive high voltage source (an electret, or a capacitor that never discharges(possible?) would be ideal)

Quartz is mentioned as an electret on wikipedia. Or do you mean the charging of wax as it cools as described: One of the earliest recipes consists of 45% carnauba wax, 45% white rosin, and 10% white beeswax, melted, mixed together, and left to cool in a static electric field of several kilovolts/cm. The thermo-dielectric effect,
creative science and research has an interesting set of plans on making these. they call it "capacitors that recharge themselves. READ THE PDF
and here is another step by step on making electrets
are you thinking of something else as an electret? wouldnt the wax melt in the summer?
Great Suggestion Thanks!Last edited by Nasa Nate; 02-24-2012, 11:14 PM.0P3N S0UR(E 3NG1N33R1NG

If you would really like to get into the radiant energy stuffs without having to use materials that might be hard to find. Crystal Radios are self-powered from frequencies. You can make a self-powered transistor amp to increase the signal received and if the antennas used are loop antenna's you might not need a ground (depending on what type of loop you make). The coils resonate to a frequency you are drawing on. IF you use a frequency we are already broadcasting on you will actually get less power.
Some studies suggest that 380khz will pulse a pancake coil roughly 174,000 times per second. Just like the high impedance headphones. Stick a magnet under the pancake coil you are feeding the voltage too and place a generator coil over it instead of a piece of tin....this creates your induction (the pulses will induce current).
The potential power from this is not limited...except by the size or number of coils you are using to collect the 'static' energy(by static it simply means energy that is not being used - not the kind of static you rub your feet on the ground and shock people with). Tesla did use a 12v battery to aid in a stronger receiver for his car (make a better static collector). My set up that I am working on making videos for is now inducing a comfortable 2kw with no external power source and no ground connection. Resonating at 380khz (since no broadcasts in my area are using that band).
Tesla was duplicating the same process our earth uses to make electricity. Crystal Radios show us some of his radiant energy stuffs on a small scale and slightly backwards. I am certain with a rectifier in the right place and the removal of a cpl pieces in the crystal radio it could produce even more power (given that there is resistance in the parts to make it work as a radio). Most of our modern electronics are designed to prevent the radiant energy from collecting. A good example is coax cable. Most (if not all) coax cable is designed to prevent the possibility of "st elmo's fire". This naturally occurring electrical display is very interesting to see on antenna's and used to be more common place before modern electronics started to engineer against it.
Anywho, Hope all experiments are still going well. Have fun!

Good news,
I have a good procress today. With a new set up i have got a steady flow of energy.Voltage range is around 100v-200v and can light a 100v-240v neon bulb all the time.Even if the ground is negative and the air positive or vice versa.Very promising until now.Dont know the amperage yet cause of an accident and lost most of the materials but i will build it again.

Do you think that it could be done using metal zinc coated roofing sheets that are about 3" by 8" feet, and a solid copper 6 foot grounding rod.
NickZ
Have you tried this? Copper plate 12 feet high and copper plate 1 meter down?

I was wondering the same thing about using aluminum roofing as an antenna. One potential problem I could see is the ridge pattern of those sheets could interrupt the signal, but not sure.
Has anyone tried this?
