Ancient Symbols as Technology

In experimenting with High Voltage emitted from a hand-wrapped
cylindrical capacitor (ala Hendershot), I found that I could make
a neon bulb light up wireless quite easily if one lead was connected
to a loop of wire, and another lead was connected to a straight
wire. This reminded me of the ANKH symbol.

Is it a coincidence that a spinning series of phi spirals create a central
artifact that looks like magnetic field lines?
They show up visually as you move your head left and right while
looking at the display. The camera can pick this up too.

When I change the spirals each to be a different color, the visual
artifacts are diminished.
