Was just wondering if anyone has taken the energy devices presented on this site one step further and attempted to integrate it into there current photo voltaic, or wind generator system. If so, how well does it work.
    Cheers

Actually, I am making an attempt in this very thing. With my SG, I am pulling about 2 to 2.5 amps from the drive battery (2 12V in seriers for 24VDC) to drive the SG and charge my (wind generator) battery bank. I have connected a marine type charger that pulls about .9 amps from the house source to maintain the drive battery charge at about 5 amp rate. The battery bank reaches fully charged in about 2 hours. They in turn, will run a 200W grid tie invertor for up to 16hrs. I am very close to being able to power the SG from the additional coils that I have added to it and will post the schematics / design when nearing success.

      Thanks
