Rotational force is not pulling things into the center i.e. gravity - it is spitting it out. On the other hand, spinning force, under specific conditions does create magnetism.

@Cloudseeder; see my 'anti'-gravity word again. By failure of another suitable word that is the only one to use for some sort of description. We can not make or create anti-gravity. It is like anti-matter. But what we need is exactly similar to the ionic devices. Something that can re-direct the 'gravitons' (again gravitons is used because of lack of better word at present.)

We need something that will like open the radiant energy in the direction you wish to move, re-direct it around the object and then close it behind the object in such a way that it pushes the object in the direction of the 'vacuum'. So we need some kind of force that will repel and another pole of the same that will attract the ‘gravitational matter’

ANY such proven developments will make one extremely wealthy. The hero and villain of the next 100 millennia. To be able to harness and control such force will not only be an extreme weapon of war, but it will generate electricity with no ‘fuel’ no residue – it will move, it will shine, it will create life it will kill. Is that not why Tesla did choose to destroy his notes, not to reveal his knowledge?

Now here is a hidden lead: Why does the floaters work? Because they 'direct' the ions - aka Ionic Devices. So then what are these 'ions', where do they come from? Are those not behaving exactly like electrons ?
So we only need to learn how to control two units of matter - Electrons and Photons - but are they not basically the same?

Whenever I see an anti gravity aircraft, it seems to have some kind of spinning gyro or other, undetermined spinning force to repel gravity. If you think of gravity as a weak force try jumping off a high building. One jump may convince you otherwise. These spacecraft defy gravity using artificial gravity.
How they can hover in mid air motionless is still a mystery. Maybe the military has figured it out, and has built their own version of these craft, wherever they come from. My theory is that gravity is an opposite force to magnetism. If you believe otherwise, then read Keely's book, "Universal Laws". It is the most brilliant book I have ever read. He was the first FE researcher and scientist. I think all his laws can be proven factual. If gravity is the opposite of magnetism, then it should be feasible to build a gravity motor using magnetism to reset the falling weight. Good Luck. Stealth

Whew. We have a need for better terms. <> The air is so filled with all forms of energy we are held down by an invisible energy mush. Energy mush = Gravity. Everything is held down by a no-space-remaining energy mush. We walk through 100% cross-intersected Wave Stuff we can't see as it fills in the hole behind us at 186,000 mph ~as we walk~ so omnipresent fast we consider it to be a constant somebody once decided to call singular gravity when it's not singular at all just acts singular. Radiant energy + every~all invisible energy bandwidths mushed together = three parts of our physical reality => #1 wouldn't be able to see it with our eyes because if we did we wouldn't see anything but mush (total blackout-level zero visibility blindness or blinding light, same difference) + #2 we experience a controlling force (combined wave) from zero-weight energy (surrounding particles) we can shove around (Matter trumps Energy by virtue of its Weight) while #3 it holds us in every new position we shove ourselves and all physical Matter into.

Tesla did leave notes but they were not much help to anyone but someone who thinks like him (i.e. which person invented the Millenial Dawn).... Bessler left notes, curvy pictures depicting overlapping energy waves of tide-like motions of moving parts (and also his built-in forwards~backwards ~ not necessary to replicate). Bessler sought to show how solids in cycle-redundant circular motion behave like a liquid. <>

plus scriptures that people mistakenly think are clues when they were not. Bessler was quoting specific scriptures that justified his not giving up wheel secrets til he got compensated <> a deeply religious man attempting to homogenize the Church's demand to ignore Mammon with his need for funds. In short, Bessler's ongoing "dialogue" with God was a lot like the narratives found in the Book of Job. In a sense, when Bessler wrote scriptures they were not for us <> they were his ongoing conversation with God including pleas to the Almighty to help him get paid properly. Select scriptures were his chosen entreaties for help <> we should brush them all aside as irrelevant to wheel function.

@Stealth: We're surrounded by Energy Mush that readily moves out of our way, like pushing through an invisible albeit packed soup of extremely lightweight & transparent glass beads. If we jump into it from a height it moves out of our way (on the way down) because we are the "real" solid while it is "imitation" solid (all one big 4-d energy swamp that exerts force by being so thick).

"Gravity is the opposite of magnetism?" Hmm. Gravity flux goes through everything versus Energy Mush does not go through everything. That's why it works by being "the opposite" of magnetism in regards to this => magnetism reaches into Matter, attracting or repelling the Matter according to its detected charge (and consequent instantaneous response). Everything Energy Mush - E.E.M. - doesn't give a hang what the charge is so it does not need to penetrate like magnetism, only needing to sense (perceive/feel) that something qualifies as being Matter and is therefore surrounded in its fluid energy (fluid: takes the shape of the cup).

Sun has magnetic field, that is a fact. Yet. There is no evidence that interaction between sun and planets is caused by magnetism. At least I don't know about it and haven't seen one.

About magnetism induced by Iron - partial true. Magnetism as we describe it today is created by movement of elementary charge. And only with it. Respectively must also show interaction with moving elementary charge. If there is no such interaction, it is not the magnetic field as we know it. So we haven't got right to call it "magnetic field".

About anti gravitational effects - haven't seen one, would be very very happy if I had.

Tornadoes are Over Unity? Then so is this engine:

@All: You take the cold air and the warm air that goes into a tornado spinning around at 300 miles per hour wind speeds, isn't that a prime example of Over Unity? Many a great invention has copied its pattern from nature's natural occurring forces and their combinations. And when we observe a tornado in person or on film and see their level of raw destructive power, somewhere in the back of Man's Mind we all know we can make it happen in a device or system of devices.

We know. We know it can be copied and packaged for every person on earth to use. I was very ill in 2003, could barely walk my feet swollen with gout crystals. So I decided to sit down at the computer and surf the net looking for new ways to make a car engine. I was wanting to use engine heat from combustion engines to run an auxiliary engine on the back axle. That was MY PLAN.

But suddenly I came across a picture of this real old dude had a grin on hs face and a light in his eyes that told me this man has something, this man has discovered Gold. His name was Dr. Abraham Hertzberg. Turns out he had seen a Li'l Abner cartoon in the Sunday Comics a long time ago when I was a child maybe 11 years old (early 1960's). We had read the same cartoon and it had affected us both the same! His imagination was sparked. He was a brilliant scientist -both aeronautics and aerospace engineer- who helped build the US Space Shuttle system.

Seems the granpappy had put a hose over the tailpipe and run it back around to the carburetor, and he ran his cars on fumes, no more need to buy gasoline. Well, De. Hertzberg was in the middle of his career so he couldn't do it then but he resolved that after he retired he was going to try and make a vehicle engine run on compressed air. He wasn't by any means the first man to think of that but he was living in a time when more tools were available so he had the shot the earlier dreamers had lacked.

He retired to a teaching position at Washington University I believe it was, up around Seattle. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. He had graduated from Virginia Tech near here in Blacksburg Virginia long about 1946 as I found out a couple years ago. Same time Tesla died. Hertzberg, I also came to find out later after I fixed his engine, he had died in April 2003 about the time I started my engine searching. Almost as if the spirit of invention was jumping from one man to the next.

But I was nowhere the man they were. I had all the childhood illnesses, had the mumps twice, in both sides, evidence that my Immune System function was crippled from birth. I wasn't able to barely survive highschool from a lack of mental energy as my thyroid disease was really cranking me down. So when this spirit of problem solving hit me it hit a poor one, totally w/out engineering credentials.

So I proceeded to study Hertzberg's nitrogen-powered engine his students had built the prototype and it did run in 1997. It just didn't develop barely half the horsepower to get down the highway. Dr. Hertzberg had made some critical decisions that castrated his engine of horsepower. I was very ill but finally after 3 days sweat literally running off my forehead I broke the code and solved his engine. He was old school, versed in steam locomotives, so what he did was he added two things => 1. an economizer from locomotives and 2. a heavy duty radiator up front.

The compressed nitrogen was a liquid at 4,361 psi. As it passed through the economizer and then the radiator it was warmed so it wouldn't flash freeze the pistons to the cylinder walls... so the massive ENERGY in the liquid gas was lost into the economizer and radiator and tubing walls as friction. The energy was warming the metal, so what reached the cylinders was the leftovers. I changed all that, where the droplets of liquid air would be injected AFTER the cylinder was first pre-warmed with Steam which also btw created a Low Pressure area in the cylinder.

By filling the cyl with steam at a high 320 degreeF temperature when the minus 320 liquid air comes in the pistons would not be flash frozen at all, and all that awesome power would be canned up inside the cylinders to react together. It is my belief that their interaction would be many times stronger than the "sum of its parts" and many times stronger than a tornado.

If that fits the definition of Over Unity then I made Over Unity in June 2003. On paper of course. In early 2008 I finally had the engine design occur to me. It's like an artificial heart pump and doesn't use a heavy crankshaft. It is one smooth engine. The cylinders arranged around the axle all fire together and they fire on every stroke. When the piston comes back up it doesn't do any compressing so every scrap of hp the engine produces goes toward motion of the vehicle... essentially a free-wheeling engine.

And here it sits, still on paper. It should produce 1100% the horsepower of a combustion engine, lighter <> and both the air and the water are in closed cycles, so there's no exhaust of any kind. No heavy exhaust system. Since the opposed temperatures of the air and water cancels each other out there's no radiator or heavy cooling system.
