  • Self Assisted Oscillation in a Shorted Coil - Bucking Magnetic Field Oscillation

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?featur...&v=iJsVSMQqCOM

This is of great significance !!!!!

"On rare occasions, Sweet saw this effect, called self-oscillation, occur in electric transformers"

    and

"Sweet was also a transformer designer and expert, and he remarked that he had also observed specialized self-oscillation in certain transformers. "

See: SQM Replication Project - Hyiq.org - Update

I show the importance of knowing and understanding the A Vector Potential and how simple it is to create a self assisted oscillation. This set of shorted Self Assisted Oscillating Coils. This can be improved hugely and is possible to be made to self run with this technology. Nikola Tesla, Floyd Sweet, Lester Hendershot, Edd Leedskalnin and Daniel McFarland Cook all knew about this technology. They all used it in various ways to improve their devices....

            L3 & L4 - AWG 20 - thermoplastic single copper core wire, diameter 0.0334"
            {can use different color plastic to tell the coils apart}

It is not clear whether these gauges matter or not or whether 57 dowels matter. I have a video that shows some math on why 57 dowels might have been selected and it has to do with the "ideal" wire crossing angel.

A radio engineer might want thicker dowels and closer dowels so that the wire crossing angle approaches 90 degrees. This is ideal if you want the "self-capacitance" in the coil to be minimized. Tesla's bifilar spiral coil solves the capacitance problem a different way.
This wire-crossing angel will affect the self-inductance of the coil, but possible may also affect its magnetic properties.
The ideal coil has a very high self inductance because you want its inductive response curve to be linear over a large range of frequencies.

I played around with the math and found a "possible" formula for how Hendershot derived 57 dowels. If this is correct, and if you change wire-gauge or diameter, this formula would allow you to calculate the correct number of dowels (given also the dowel diameter):

Hey the L1 - AWG 28, diameter 0.0136" wire is it Enamelled Copper Wire ?

I have found an Ebay store that sell wire

              • Is it true that on the airplane of St Louis that crossed atlantic ocean in the past was with a hendershot engine?
                Any updated schematic?

No. The story being floated to sell the plans for the Hendershot Fuelless Generator is completely Bogus.
Lester Hendershot was NOT a secret inventor working on airplane motors for Charles Lindbergh and his motor most certainly was not USED in the famous flight. I was curious about this just last night and looked up how much GAS Lindbergh had in his plane.
Wikipedia says 450 U.S. gallons, 2,710 lbs, were what he started with.
He wouldn't go empty on his flight to Paris unless he got worse than 8 MPG. It is very believable that he used gas the entire flight.

Lindbergh was one of the famous people to come see Hendershot's fuelless motor. That part is true and can easily be verified via news paper articles. If Hendershot had something interesting, the Army would have been interested and would have created a cover story to prove the invention was a hoax, so as to keep it from other nations and the general public. Certainly powering military devices and vehicles in this new way would have been of great interest -- and physicists and experts would have been "tapped" to investigate his phenomenon. If there were any difficult problems such as stability, or Gigahertz radiation, or an inability to get politicians to commit resources, I could see this invention going black for many years -- at it has appeared to do.

Although its a nice fantasy to think of Lester Hendershot as some sort of Q for the Bond-like Lindbergh, I'm afraid this is all made up to "sell" the "un-helpful" plans.

                  • fuel?

"I didn't really get what you might call downright sleepy," he said, " but I think I sort of nodded several times. In fact, I could have flown half that distance again. I had enough fuel left to 1,000 miles, I think -* certainly 500 although I had not time to examine my fuel tanks, the crowds were so terrific." - Charles Lindbergh

                    • modern day "electric" flight - NY to Paris

Here is someone trying to repeat Lindbergh's success using "electricity". The proposal is SAD. We should be able to do better than this by now....
Instead of batteries, should we just BEAM the electricity to the craft ala Tesla... or have a Hendershot-like motor...
