I came up with a great solution! The remote automatic car door lock. Here is a really cheap way to snap turn that magnet with a capacitor pulse. The circuit comes complete with a DPDT switch, and as anyone who owns a late model car knows, the same button both opens and closes the door lock. This allows for a remote switching location and timing circuitry from a comfortable control station. Check ebay or the auto salvage market.

hi watt builder..
i am a student of electrical engineering..
i just want to know
how to design a pendulum that u did coz i want to design it in small scale..
what type of permanent magnet that u use to counter back the weight and how to arrange it..
and if i use only one pole to push the weight,could the tork sufficient to push the weight..
plezz assist me....
