I was just browsing through some old emails that were sent to me while I was out of commission and ran across this. Is anyone familiar with this experiment or experimenter? I believe it shows promise to look into for a possible Home Generator power source if its authentic. It seems simple, not much to it as it appears.
Seems like the keys here are Motor windings, the capacitors and the gear ratios of the pulley's.

This looks promising. This is about a plant in Melbourne, Fl. area. I have heard since this report there are some large operations on the California coast using old salt flats as large ponds to grow the algae in.
