Its a semantic distinction, but I waant to make sure I understand this, when I explain it to others. When you say there was a third Constitution, adopted in 1916, I believe, which established the US as a Corporation.Another way of saying that would be that they took the other 'second' Constitution, and added these 'unconstitutional' and therefore illegal amendments on to it, right?

And these amendments fundamentally changed the nature of the document, and the 'form' of our Gov't.

Much as I might come down here, and add something to this post which would fundamentally change the nature of this post.

So, in one sense it most definetly IS a 'third Constitution' due to the changed meaning, nature and form of Gov't. On the other hand, they didn't literally sit down and write a new Constitution from scratch. They added amendments that stripped the citesenry of their soveriegnity, established Corp. US, etc.Is this a fair description? All without changing the text of the earlier Constitution?Jim

    • Your understanding is somewhat correct, Jim, however they did change the Constitution by dropping the original 13th Amendment (ratified in 1819) and replacing it with their own 13th Amendment in 1865, then adding the improperly ratified under duress 14th Amendment in 1868, and the never ratified and unconstitutional 16th and 17th Amendments in 1913, after which time our lawful government ceased to exist. The first Constitution was the original draft which featured no Amendments. The second was the original Constitution joined with the Bill of Rights, which became the first 10 Amendments, and to which the 11th, 12th, and original 13th Amendments were added. The third Constitution, the bastardized one, is more commonly referred to as the U.S. Constitution. The District of Columbia was the name given to the corporation formed by the Organic Act of 1871, and that corporation was operated by the US government until the 1916 election year. After that, the lawful, original jurisdiction US government ceased to exist, and those running the corporation were only Corporation U.S. officers. Then in 1944, with the Bretton Woods Agreement, Corporation U.S. was given over to control under the International Monetary Fund, and became a foreign owned corporation.

          • It's official ......

Yes, it's now official - the Communist Party USA has endorsed Barack Obama for the 2012 election. Of course that's no surprise. While noting that he is disappointed with “some aspects” of the Obama administration’s domestic and foreign policy, Sam Webb, chairman of Communist Party USA, threw his support behind Obama’s re-election bid. “Millions who have to be at the core of this party still operate under the umbrella of the Democratic Party, albeit increasingly in an independent fashion,” he noted.

Note the wording on the Communist Party USA banner shown below. "Formerly the Democratic Party" refers to the fact that the Democrat Party has been largely taken over by left-wing socialist radicals who prefer to be called "Progressives," and thus the call, "This way to progress."

Note also the rounded figure with the red stripes, just barely visible in the upper left corner. Look familiar? It should, as this is part of the Obama logo shown in the 2008 campaign poster below.

Note also the strong use of red in both the Communist Party poster and the HOPE poster, and the fact that this is most obviously prevalent on the LEFT side of Obama's face. Red is the color that communists most identify with. A red star, and red flag, are both communist symbols which are often seen at communist and socialist rallies. While cleverly promoting the idea that they represent the best interests and best hope of the people, communist countries are ruled by an iron-fisted, wealthy elite Ruling Class.

The establishment Republicans are just as bad, of course, as they have evolved into RINO's, preferring to be called "moderates," who are quite willing to cast their votes in support of anything that promotes the Ruling Class agenda.

The Founding Fathers, quite rightly, were considered to be right-wing radicals, as their ideas of liberty and justice for all, and freedom from tyranny, oppression, and unjust taxation, were considered dangerous extremist radical ideas by the Ruling Class. It's still the same today, with the American Ruling Class labeling as extremists, and likely terrorists, anyone who openly talks about or promotes limited government, fiscal responsibility, liberty, and a return to Constitutional values.

            • Appeals Court Rules Against Obamacare Insurance Mandate

              As reported today at newsmax.com:

A federal appeals court panel today struck down the requirement in Barack Obama's health care overhaul package that virtually all Americans must carry health insurance or face penalties.

The divided three-judge panel of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the so-called individual mandate, siding with 26 states that had sued to block the law. But the panel didn't go as far as a lower court that had invalidated the entire overhaul as unconstitutional.

The states and other critics argued the law violates people's rights, while the Justice Department countered that the legislative branch was exercising a "quintessential" power.

The decision, penned by Chief Judge Joel Dubina and Circuit Judge Frank Hull, found that "the individual mandate contained in the Act exceeds Congress's enumerated commerce power."

"What Congress cannot do under the Commerce Clause is mandate that individuals enter into contracts with private insurance companies for the purchase of an expensive product from the time they are born until the time they die," the opinion said.

              • Wisconsin Recall Election

Wisconsin state employee union loyalists, who were angered by Governor Scott Walker's proposal to cut some of their excessively costly benefits in order to balance the state budget, managed to gather enough signatures on a petition to bring about a recall election this Tuesday, in hopes of ousting Walker and four of Wisconsin's Republican state Senators. Success would have given state Democrats majority control and allowed them to repeal Walker's budget balancing plan, but the effort did not succeed. Voters turned out in support of Walker and the other Tea Party candidates who had been installed in the 2010 elections. This makes it clear that the Tea Party has not become weak, as the leftist Ruling Class media would have us believe.

My assumption is that the Tea Party movement has actually grown stronger than it was during the 2010 elections. While perhaps only 15% of Americans consider themselves "tea partiers," and actively participate in the movement by going to rallies and such, it is likely that another 25% of Americans, who don't participate in Tea Party activities, would affirm their support for the Tea Party ideals of smaller government, limited government powers, less taxes, restoration of freedoms, and a return to constitutional principles. Still another similar percentage, although not identifying with the Tea Party in any way, appear to vote similarly for the same candidates, and probably for similar reasons, even though they may not have taken the time to understand what the Tea Party actually stands for. Thus the movement may actually garner the support of 65% of American voters, which is quite likely considering the 2010 election results.

As I pointed out in a July 29th post, while it is very likely that the Tea Party will gain further seats in both the House and Senate in the 2012 elections, there is no possibility that they can gain a majority control in the Senate because only 33 Senate seats will be up for grabs. So at best, they could not even gain a simple majority, let alone a bulletproof 2/3 majority. That's why we can't count on the Tea Party to take control of Washington D.C. in 2012 no matter how many seats they win, and I truly believe that we can't wait another 4 years to turn this nation around. Besides, the mainstream media will be intensifying their efforts to convince the public that the Tea Party is composed of low-life, racist, hate-mongering, violence prone, anti-American hoodlums. Don't be surprised to see agent provocateurs inciting riots and vandalism at future Tea Party rallies, and to see such actions reported as being caused by Tea Party members.

My hope is that we can reach many Tea Party groups and convince them that our best chance at taking back our country lies with the effort to reseat our original jurisdiction government rather than sttempting to infiltrate and take over the Republican Party of Corporation U.S. It is the only lawful and peaceful means of restoring our Constitutional Republic that has a real chance of succeeding by 2012, and can largely be accomplished without public rallies or demonstrations, and away from the prying eyes of the media. You might reasonably call it a "quiet revolution." What makes the plan so powerful is that the leftist opposition has very little idea how many individuals are actually involved, or who those individuals are. The place to begin is by searching the Internet for Tea Party and other "patriot" groups, both national and in your state, and then joining their forums, posting information, and exchanging chats or e-mail messages with interested individuals who might assist in garnering the support of other members.

I'll attempt to draw up a list of some of the groups that we can contact, and will post that when it is ready. In the meantime, a simple Google search should be enough to get you started.

                • The List

Here's a starting list of some patriotic organizations we can contact to explain the need, and the current effort, to restore our original jurisdiction state and federal governments. I will add to this list from time to time, but there is already plenty here that one can use to get started and help make a difference. These websites will have links to national, state, and local affiliated groups and forums.

                  • I believe I may have mentioned this before, but feel it is worth mentioning again. If you have a chance to see the 2010 video Inside Job, which is a documentary concerning the 2008 financial meltdown caused by Wall Street investment houses, the banksters, the Federal Reserve, and government corruption, it is well worth the watch. After watching this, you will fully understand how this was nothing less than a very well engineered Ponzi scheme designed to confiscate trillions of dollars of wealth from unwary investors. I noticed that this video is currently airing (until 8pm Eastern time) on TV on the STARZ Cinema channel, and will next be airing on that channel at 10:15am Eastern time. I cannot find a full length or full series copy on the Internet, but did find a short movie trailer that gives a quick preview.

                        • Obama's ratings are falling

Barack Obama’s approval numbers have hit an all-time low, falling below 40 percent for the first time in Gallup’s daily tracking poll. New numbers that Gallup posted today put the president’s approval at 39 percent, compared with 54 percent disapproval.

                          • These numbers falling tells me that at least some people are waking up, and seeing what is really going on in our government.
Another good indicator of this was Ron Paul's strong 2nd place finish in the Iowa straw pole. I believe he missed first by less than 200 votes.

Yes I have seen his polls go down unfortuntaely it has taken the collapse of our economy for others to wise up. My biggest fear i sthat the American public, (the ones who rely on the evening news to know how to think ) has a short memory and are easly fooled by the bumpersticker slogans this solcilaist will be soon be using to get re-elected.
