Thanks for the links, 5150. I have always regarded Devvy Kidd highly for her investigative journalism, and agree with just about everything she says in the linked column - excepting the facts concerning flight 93. I think she's been hoodwinked on that one. But as far as Boston goes, I think she's on the right path. There definitely were two explosions near the Boston Marathon finish line, and those explosions were obviously of enough force to kill or severely injure bystanders who were in close proximity to the devices. The idea that the blasts, and resultant injuries, were somehow faked isn't very credible. As with a lot of other Internet postings, I see this sort of thing as intentional disinfo reporting. It is unfortunate, because a lot of people latch on to these reports believing they are truth, when in fact they are no more true than a lot of what the mainstream media tells us. A lot of people run with, and repost the disinfo stuff, and when this is later debunked as b.s. then it has the intended effect of casting doubt over any and all other conspiracy theories regarding the incident. There are obviously a great many unanswered questions about the Boston events, including what and when the federal agencies knew, and what involvement the Tsarnaev brothers actually had in all of this. Did the brothers hatch and carry out this plan alone, or did they have help? If they did have help, who helped them? Were the brothers simply used as patsy's to take the blame for the events while actually having little or nothing to do with them? I was very surprised when the younger brother was captured alive, as I thought he would surely end up with a bullet to the head to prevent him from talking. We are told that he did talk to fed investigators, and that he admitted involvement in the bombings. Of course those reports may, or may not, be true. We haven't seen video of his interrogation and confession, so anything we are told should be taken with a grain of salt. Now that Dzhokhar has been Mirandized, he won't be saying much of anything, even if and when he goes to court, as his lawyer will have Dzhokhar plead the Fifth, and anything he did actually say before being Mirandized will be inadmissible during his trial. A rather clever way of silencing the young lad, wouldn't you say? If he isn't given the death sentence then he will likely live out his life in solitary confinement to "protect" him from other inmates, and that's the last we will hear of him.

To me, the most serious question remaining unanswered is who the "naked man" actually was. It is rather obvious that police at least suspected that man as being one of the reported terrorists, and feared that he might have an explosive device, such as a suicide vest, beneath his clothing. The man was ordered to remove all his clothing and then placed in a police cruiser until FBI agents arrived. After being allowed to don a shirt and pants, the FBI agents removed the man from the cruiser and took him over to a wall where they shined flashlights on him, took photos, and talked to him for a period of time. That was all seen, but no one appears to know what happened afterwards, and that's what I'd like to know. Was the man determined to be an innocent passer-by and released, or was he determined to be Tamerlan Tsarnaev? If the latter is the case, then when and how did Tamerlan receive his mortal wounds? If the former is the case, then who was the naked dude, and why hasn't he told his story to news reporters?

If you Google, "Who was the naked man arrested after the Boston bombings?", there are 98 million results. No one would have the time to look at all of these, but most seem to have a similar slant - "Police say the naked man arrested in Boston was not Tamerlan Tsarnaev." Everything about this seems to have ended 5 to 7 days ago, with the only opposing viewpoint remaining to be the claim by Tamerlan's aunt that she's "100% certain" that Tamerlan was the naked man. Another report attributed to the authorities says the naked man was actually a Chinese man, but that doesn't seem credible to me. And still another report attributed to police says that the naked man was actually the man who the Tsarnaev brothers had carjacked. That man appears to be the one laying on the ground in the below photo, but does not resemble the naked man:

While the man shown above would not appear to resemble the naked man, Tamerlan Tsarnaev most certainly does. In earlier still photos taken from video, the naked man's facial features are not all that distinguishable due to the darkness of the pictures, but when lightened as shown below, the hair and hairline is a perfect match for Tamerlan, and certainly not a match to the man lying on the ground in the previous photo:

Right on, MS! Just because the men have been "identified" as belonging to a National Guard group, is that supposed to quiet any suspicions of their possible involvement? Heck, does anyone remember who killed the four dead students in Ohio that Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young sang about? It was the National Guard.

And even though some information is being released now about Sandy Hook, who's to say that information is true when there is so much that doesn't add up, and so much that was obviously covered up?

I recently wrote about a presidential eligibility case that is to be heard in the Alabama Supreme Court, where judge Roy Moore is chief justice. The Alabama Democrat party has now filed an amicus curiae brief with the court seeking to have the case dismissed. “Stated simply,” the brief reads, “there is absolutely nothing any Alabama court can do to change the reality of President Obama’s election to a second term in office. … No Alabama court has the authority to delve into the legality, conduct or results of that election.” The brief also claims that the case, which was brought against Barry by 2012 Constitution Party presidential nominee Virgil Goode and Alabama Republican Party leader Hugh McInnish, amounts to a “baseless attack,” Obama being the “object of [their] scorn” and their intent being “a jaundiced and jaded political agenda.” In an effort to discredit the plaintiffs and label them as tin hat conspiracy theorists, the brief states, “In order for one to accept the claim that President Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery, one has to buy into a conspiracy theory so vast and byzantine that it sincerely taxes the imagination of reasonable minds.”

This of course is standard operating procedure whenever Barry's protectors want to see a case dismissed for supposedly having no merit. Judge Roy Moore, and at least one other justice, Tom Parker, aren't likely to allow the case to be dismissed so easily, though. Moore said in a 2010 interview concerning Barry's eligibility that, “This is the strangest thing indeed. The president has never produced [evidence] in the face of substantial evidence he was not born in our country. People are accepting it blindly based on their feelings, not on the law.” And justice Parker wrote a concurrence to the 2012 case now being appealed, saying, “Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the ‘short form’ and the ‘long form’ birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.”

This case could well be the one that succeeds where all others have failed, and the court could rule in favor of the plaintiff's original request that the Alabama Secretary of State be caused to review Barry's eligibility as a presidential candidate on the 2012 Alabama ballot based upon receipt of a certified copy of his bona-fide birth certificate. If Barry even has a bona-fide certificate then it certainly doesn't look like the forgery he put up on the White House website, so it will be interesting to see what Barry tries to foist upon us this time around if there's no way for him to avoid disclosure.

The national ID scheme is just one really bad part of the more than 800 pages of legislation that the 'Gang Of 8' is attempting to impose upon us under the guise of "Immigration Reform." Did you know that this "Immigration Reform" legislation would give immediate amnesty to 11 million illegal aliens, issue work permits to them at a time when over 20 million legal aliens and U.S. citizens are without jobs, and will immediately qualify the 11 million illegals as eligible for welfare handouts? Actually, they are already eligible for free medical care, and are allowed to apply for Food Stamp benefits without need for divulging their illegal status. The US Department of Agriculture actually distributes a pamphlet to communities in Mexico telling Mexican citizens how to go about applying. Now isn't that insane?

Governor Deval Patrick ordered that people stay in their homes and that businesses close, as droves of police and soldiers closed down the city. Roads were blocked off, vehicles were prohibited from driving on the roads. Trains, buses, and public transportation was shut down. Anyone caught on the streets would be accosted and searched without probable cause. A No-Fly Zone was imposed overhead. No civilians were allowed in or out of the lockdown zone. National guard soldiers were photographed checking pedestrians' IDs on the sidewalks. The streets were empty, except for armored police vehicles and military Humvees.

It appears like, anyway. Hearings are being 'held', and THIS time it looks like debate/questioning WON'T be limited to 5 minutes, and the repubs are going to try to hang Hillary, in particular, and Admin in general.

Should make for some good T.V. 'soundbites', at least! Hillaries "What does it matter!" outburst is going to hang around her neck, if she tries for a run in 2016! Repubs are said to have 'whistleblowers' prepared to 'tell all' about what happened. Nothing stink quite so much as a coverup, and Benghazi stinks to high heaven! Jim

The whistle-blowers said set to testify include Gregory Hicks, a foreign service officer and former deputy chief of mission/chargé d’affairs in Libya, and Mark Thompson, acting deputy assistant secretary for counter-terrorism at the Department of State. Eric Nordstrom, a diplomatic security officer and former regional security officer in Libya, will also testify.


I'm sure that TPTB will do all they can to minimize the damages that will be caused by these people, and the MSM will barely say anything about it. It seems they are already focusing all of their attention on the Jody Arias trial outcome, and on the three women who were held captive for ten years by someone named Castro. Hmmm, I wonder if there's a connection to Fidel. Or is he an InFidel?
