    • Quotable quote of the day......

“In over 20 years of examining documentation of various types, I have never seen a document that is so seriously questionable in so many respects. In my opinion, the birth certificate is entirely fabricated. Based on my observations and findings, it is clear that the Certificate of Live Birth I examined is not a scan of an original paper birth certificate, but a digitally manufactured document created by utilizing material from various sources.” - Document expert Reed Hayes, in a 40 page report examining Barry's "certificate."

Reed Hayes is a certified document analyst, and the reason his report on Barry's forged birth document is so interesting is that Hayes has served several times as a document expert for the law firm Perkins Coie, the very firm that has been representing Barry in his eligibility cases. Thus, it would be unimaginable that Perkins Coie could present a believable defense stating that Hayes is wrong and mistaken in his analysis of Barry's document.

The Hayes report definitely should be one of the documents submitted to the Alabama Supreme Court justices for their consideration in the ongoing Obama eligibility case which is currently under review. Below are several recent developments in the case. This case is different than all the others which have gone before it in that Barry is not a named defendant. The defendant is Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman, who is charged with failing to verify Barry's eligibility in the 2012 election even after being presented with substantial and verifiable evidence showing that Barry was unqualified and should not be placed on the ballot. The likely outcome is that Chapman will not be able to defend herself against the charges, which are clearly applicable according to Alabama election statutes, and that an order for discovery on Barry's qualification documentation (birth certificate, etc.,) will be issued by the court. The importance of this case should not be underestimated, since a determination of ineligibility in Alabama would open the door for all other states to challenge Barry's inclusion on the 2012 ballot.

      • Obama - Ramification

It's clear, under military law, that military members can be held accountable for crimes committed under the guise of "obeying orders," and there is no requirement to obey orders which are unlawful. However, here's the rub: A military member disobeys such orders at his/her own peril. Ultimately, it's not whether or not the military member thinks the order is illegal or unlawful, it's whether military superiors (and courts) think the order was illegal or unlawful.

So, to obey, or not to obey? It depends on the order. Military members disobey orders at their own risk. They also obey orders at their own risk. An order to commit a crime is unlawful. An order to perform a military duty, no matter how dangerous is lawful, as long as it doesn't involve commission of a crime.

        • New anaylsis from the Center for Immigration Studies has determined that 57.5 million native-born Americans between the ages of 16 and 65 were not working during the second quarter of 2013. That figure is up 17 million from the second quarter of 2000. Proponents of the Schumer-Obama amnesty bill (S.744), however, claim that there are not enough workers currently living in the United States. Go figure!

According to the above statistics, roughly one in six Americans are jobless, and this also correlates closely to the number of Americans now on food stamp assistance. Both of these statistics have seen a surge in growth during the years of Barry's term in office. No surprise, of course, but very revealing.

          • I saw an interesting tidbit on mainstream media TV news yesterday. It was reported that after each story concerning an act of gun violence went viral, the number of applicants for concealed carry permits in the areas where these acts occurred actually doubled the number of citizens toting guns. In all cases where the gun owners were interviewed as to the reason why they had applied for a permit, or purchased a gun or additional guns, their answers made it clear that their motive was self and family protection, and that they feared that if they did not act quickly then they would probably lose the option to a government hell bent on gun control legislation. Of course the news staff tried to play this down as people being misguided and over-reactive, and thus "adding to the gun problem," but I'm sure those people who have guns are now feeling a lot safer than those who don't have one.

In other gun-related news which I haven't seen mentioned in MSM, schools in Arkansas and Texas are now training and arming teachers and administrators with handguns in a smart move to help prevent these schools from becoming sites of future shootings as sitting-duck "gun free zones."

That reminds me of a story that I read some time back. Seem a group of terrorist armed with assault rifles stormed in to an African (?) church and started shooting at the congregation. However one of the members was armed with a “revolver” and returned fire taking down two of the terrorists. Were upon the rest of then turned and fled.

Latter when one of the surviving terrorists was asked “Why did you attack this church?” This “fearless” individual’s answer was we didn’t expect anyone would be armed.

Thanks for the reminder, MS. You may have read about that in my post #3919, which also showed a photo of the hero churchgoer, Charl Van Wyk, attending church services with a revolver strapped to his right side in plain view. While many would say it is irreverent for someone to open-carry a pistol to church, I'll bet that the hundreds of lives saved by Van Wyk have no problem at all when they see him entering their congregation packing heat.

                • In reply to growing resentment by Americans over the NSA's domestic spying programs, Barry said he would take steps to "assure privacy rights" for all Americans. "We have to strike the right balance between protecting our security and preserving our freedoms," Barry said.

And how does he intend to accomplish that? His plan is to set up a panel of insiders to "investigate" what's happening and assure the rest of us that our constitutional rights will be preserved.

Can you guess who's going to lead this panel? None other than Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper. You might remember that Mr. Clapper is the guy who lied to a Senate Committee about the NSA program.

That's right. The man who misled a committee of Congress, while under oath, about this program is going to review it and assure us our rights aren't being violated.

How's that for a slap in the face? No doubt Barry's low information supporters will believe Barry has authoritatively stepped in to right any wrongs caused by the NSA, and will believe that all is now fine and dandy.

The world is facing shortages. Many areas have a shortage of potable water. The oceans are fished out in many areas. Population growth has really taken off lately.

The more indebted a country is,,, the lower their growth rate. The more that we get smothered in debt, the more that we refuse to produce little, future taxpayers. In Japan, 30% of the young say that they have no interest in sex or a relationship. Can you imagine some kind of legal remedy for that?

Western debt will be defaulted. If the PTB can not provide some sort of a healthy society, kids are going to be few and far between. Most of the developed world is going into a demographic crash. There will be no possibility of debt service or interest gains.

IMHO the FDA is walking hand in hand with Monsanto & Big pharma down the depopulation path.

It is sad that so many people I speak to still believe that the FDA is taking care of them.
