A research paper by USGS geochemist Leigh Price in 1999 estimated the total amount of oil contained in the Bakken shale ranged from 271 billion to 503 billion barrels (8.00×1010 m3), with a mean of 413 billion barrels (6.57×1010 m3).

In April 2008 the USGS released this report, which estimated the amount of technically recoverable, undiscovered oil in the Bakken Formation at 3.0 to 4.3 billion barrels (680,000,000 m3), with a mean of 3.65 billion.[4] Later that month, the state of North Dakota's report [5] estimated that of the 167 billion barrels (2.66×1010 m3) of oil in-place in the North Dakota portion of the Bakken, 2.1 billion barrels (330,000,000 m3) were technically recoverable with current technology.

He said that Nancy Pelosi has gotten the House of Representatives to pass a rule that says their members do not have to vote on the healthcare bill, they only have to "deem it passed". I am outraged as I hope each of you reading this are. Is this even legal? Does anyone have any other source to verify this?

The battle is not over yet

New York's Congressman Mike Arcuri, who backed Obamacare last time, announced his conversion to the opposition, nullifying Cleveland Congressman Dennis Kucinich's switch from no to yes after his Air Force One pep talk from President Obama. I was surprised that Dennis went along with this, as his mind is usually in the right place. Right now there are several members of Congress who are "on the fence," so to speak, and who could go either way. We need not be passive spectators in this process! We can directly influence the results by phoning these Congressmen. All still hangs in the balance. Be not downhearted! Hit the phones. If you can't get through, send a fax or e-mail to each of these Congressional Representatives. I've done the legwork for you, and all the information you need will be found below. Do this today, or tomorrow at the latest, as Sunday may be too late. There will be a vote on ObamaCare. The "reconciliation" attempt to sneak this through requires a simple 51% majority, rather than the 60% majority normally required, but even 51% may a tough goal for Obama-Reid-Pelosi if we take action now.

There are 14 representatives in the "undecided" camp. Of these, the Democratic leadership would need 13; opponents of Obamacare would need two. Here are the 14, along with whether or not they voted for Obamacare last time (Y or N), whether they voted for the Stupak Amendment (S), and the average result for presidential candidates in their districts over the last three elections:

Five of these representatives have already voted against Obamacare, nine voted for the Stupak Amendment, twelve are from GOP-leaning districts, nine are from districts that lean GOP by more than 5 percentage points, and two are from districts that lean GOP by more than 20 percentage points. These are hardly representatives whose constituents are devotees of the Far Left. They should be open to reasonable persuasion.

In 2005, when Republicans attempted to use the reconciliation tactic, also known as the "Nuclear Option," to force legislation through Congress, the Democrats, including Obama, Harry Reid, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, and others, were very outspoken against any such use. "I have reviewed selected sections of the bill, and find

it unbelievable that our Congress, led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, could come up with a bill loaded with so many wrong-headed elements."

"Both Republicans and Democrats are equally responsible

for the financial mess of both Social Security and Medicare programs."

"I am opposed to HB 3200 for a number of reasons.

To start with, it is estimated that a federal bureaucracy of more than 150,000 new employees will be required to administer HB3200. That is an unacceptable expansion of a government that is already too intrusive in our lives. If we are going to hire 150,000 new employees, let's put them to
work protecting our borders, fighting the massive drug problem and putting more law enforcement/firefighters out there."

JUDGE KITHIL continued: "Other problems I have with
this bill include:

** Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance
to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally.

** Page 58 and 59: The government will have
real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by
the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

** Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this
section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same
regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees.

** Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration
care according to the patient's age.

** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a
prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates
advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death counceling.)

** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify
which doctors can write an end-of-life order.

HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on:

"Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially sound for their future."

An excerpt from World Net Daily, one of the very few media outlets these days that is willing to ask tough questions:

Neil Sankey, a former British policeman who’s now a licensed private investigator in Los Angeles, initiated a preliminary background investigation of Barack Obama and uncovered 49 addresses and 16 different Social Security numbers.

Forty-nine different addresses? Sixteen different Social Security numbers? That’s beyond bizarre.

At the Illinois addresses listed for Obama, two Social Security numbers appear with frequency. One begins with the number 042... the other begins with the number 364.

The Social Security number beginning with 042 was issued in Connecticut... even though Obama apparently never lived or worked in Connecticut.

One can only ask why? Is the President of the United States a victim of ID fraud? Or, is something else entirely going on?

But don't hold your breath waiting for anyone in the liberal media to take the bull by the horns.

Don’t wait around for the liberal media to ask Obama if he really lived at all the addresses that Sankey found, or why 16 different Social Security numbers pop up under Obama's name at these 49 addresses. Remember, this is the same liberal media that will not ask Barack Obama why he refuses to produce a valid birth certificate.

In an exclusive investigative report for the Western Center for Journalism, former California legislator, Steven Baldwin writes:

“After Obama was elected to the United States Senate in 2005, he moved into an apartment at 300 Massachusetts Ave NW; the Social Security number attached to that address is the 042 one. Yet, three years later, Obama used a different Social Security number for an address listed as: 713 Hart Senate Office Building... the address of his United States Senate office. This Social Security number began with 282 and was verified by the government in 2008.”

Baldwin again:

“The president who campaigned for a more ‘open government’ and ‘full disclosure’ will not unseal his medical records, his school records, his birth records or his passport records. He will not release his Harvard records, his Columbia College records, or his Occidental College records—he will not even release his Columbia College thesis. All his legislative records from the Illinois State Senate are missing, and he claims his scheduling records during those State Senate years are lost as well. In addition, no one can find his school records for the elite K-12 college prep school, Punahou School, he attended in Hawaii.”

As Baldwin indicates, the man who now leads what we used to call the free world has refused to share any relevant information about his life. He might as well have descended here from another planet.

Some people frankly wonder if he’s not a real-life version of the “Manchurian Candidate,” someone programmed by others to do serious damage to the U.S.

Is that an outlandish view, given Obama’s life-long attachments to various radicals, including: his early Communist mentor Frank Marshall Davis, domestic terrorists William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, Muslin fanatic Rashid Khalidi, and crazed preacher Jeremiah Wright?

Is that an outlandish view, considering the various self-admitted Marxists and extreme leftists hand-picked to serve in the Obama Administration, including disgraced “green jobs czar” Van Jones... Chavez-admiring Communication Czar Mark Lloyd... and Mao-admirer and manufacturing Czar Ron Bloom?
