Also, the resulting damage to the plane at 400 mph speed would be the same as if the plane were stationary and the building whacked the plane at that speed. As one might imagine, an aluminum aircraft would not fare well from an impact with a steel and reinforced concrete structure, and even if the fuselage could have penetrated without flattening and falling to the ground, the wings and tail section most certainly would have broken off and fallen to the ground. Interestingly, though, there is no valid evidence that an airliner struck either of the twin towers, or the Pentagon for that matter, or that any plane crashed at Shanksville.

If you haven't seen my article about "The Flights That Never Flew," you might find that interesting.

Here's another article I wrote which explains why no plane hit the Pentagon.

For the benefit of those who have never before happened to have learned much about the structure of the towers: the outer walls were all steel with no masonry or concrete. Of course, there was the window glass, and, a decorative outermost cladding of anodized aluminum sheet. There was an inner core of reinforced concrete walls which housed elevators, stairs, plumbing chases and such like, with no office spaces.

The outer walls were not simply conventional steel wideflange columns, but rather primarily segments of rather heavy gage steel plate joined together. Wire screen on steroids.

The analogy to wire screen is very apt; any force or load applied to a specific spot on the exterior wall would be distributed to adjoining segments and in fact to the entire outer wall of the entire building, therefore becoming diluted before being able to do major damage to the wall as a whole. Of course, the specific spot initially struck could be expected to suffer local damage.

The two links are extremely interesting, I had never seen them before. I had before known of the rarity (!) of physical evidence of any plane strikes.

At the time of my original interest and analysis some ten or twelve years ago, I concluded where destructive devices would have had to be placed, and, how they would had to have been placed secretively. Of course, then I discovered that all tenant records had somehow vanished leaving no paper trail.

      • After posting my last post I realized I had forgotten some things since last giving thought to 911. To refresh my memory I googled "911 structural system".

There is a little disinformation on the web, fellow researchers, be cautious about what you quickly believe until you have double-checked and triple-checked, and checked however many times you need to check to feel like you have verified your information.

One or two sources now claim that the core was only steel columns but no concrete. Well, many years ago I had found many sources writing of a reinforced concrete core with an outer surround of steel columns. The floors within the concrete core were trusses or beams having no connection with the outer floor. The outer steel columns support(ed) the inner end of the floor trusses that spanned from the core to the outer wall. This is still mainly what is found. When you have thoughtfully read a number of google "hits" you will see that this is still the case.

Just be cautious when accepting information you find on the web.

        • "natural-born citizen" - American/Canadian/Cuban vs American/Kenyan

Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz is a "natural-born citizen" under the U.S. Constitution and
therefore can run in the June 7 New Jersey primary, a state administrative law judge said Tuesday.

"The more persuasive legal analysis is that such a child, born of a citizen-father,
citizen-mother, or both, is indeed a 'natural born citizen' within the contemplation of the Constitution,"
Administrative Law Judge Jeff Masin wrote.

Cruz was born on December 22, 1970,[3][4] at Foothills General Hospital[5][6] in Calgary, Alberta, Canada,
to parents Eleanor Elizabeth (Darragh) Wilson and Rafael Bienvenido Cruz.[7][8][9] At the time of his birth,
Cruz's parents had lived in Calgary for three years and were working in the oil business as owners of a seismic-data
processing firm for oil drilling.[8][10][11][12][13] Cruz has said, "I'm the son of two mathematicians/computer programmers."[14]
In 1974, his father left the family and moved to Texas.[15] Later that year, his parents reconciled and relocated to Houston.[5]

Cruz's father, Rafael Cruz, was born in Cuba. His paternal grandfather, Rafael, immigrated to Cuba
as an infant with his parents from the Spanish Canary Islands.[16] His mother was born in Wilmington, Delaware, and
is three quarters of Irish descent and one quarter of Italian descent.[17][18] His father left Cuba in 1957 to attend
the University of Texas at Austin and obtained political asylum in the United States after his four-year student visa expired.[19]
Rafael Cruz earned Canadian citizenship in 1973[5] and became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2005.[8][20][21][22]

In Pollock v. Farmers’Loan and Trust-Company (1895), a taxpayer sued the corporation in which he owned stock, contending that they should never have paid the income-tax because it was unconstitutional.
This time, the Supreme Court took the argument seriously and in a 5-4 decision, ruled that the income-tax was unconstitutional. A few days after the initial vote, the Court re-voted and reached the same result.

The Court held an unapportioned tax based on receipts from the use of property to be unconstitutional. The Court held that taxes on rents from real estate, on interest income from personal property and other income from personal property (which includes dividend income) were treated as direct taxes on property, and therefore had to be apportioned. Since apportionment of income taxes is impractical, this had the effect of prohibiting a federal tax -on-income from property. The *power to tax real and personal property, or that such was a direct tax, was not d-enied by the Constitution.[10] Due to the political difficulties of taxing individual wages without taxing income from property, a federal-income-tax was impractical from the time of the Pollock decision until the time of ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment (below).

Thus, the tax law was ruled unconstitutional and was effectively repealed.

*Modern income-tax [edit]In 1909, fifteen years after Pollock, Congress took two actions to deal with their increasing revenue needs.

              1. Corporate income ("excise") tax. First, they passed a corporate income-tax, but labeled it an “excise tax.” The tax was set at 1% on all incomes exceeding $5,000. In 1911, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld this corporate “excise tax” as constitutional in Flint v. Stone Tracy Company, in which the court ruled that the tax was a special excise tax on the privilege of doing business.

              2. Sixteenth Amendment. More importantly, in 1909 Congress passed the Sixteenth Amendment, which would do away with the apportionment requirement of the Constitution if enacted. This amendment reads as follows:

The Congress shall have *power to lay and collect *taxes-on-incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.[11]

Legal history of income tax in the United States - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The concept of “income” is never really defined in the Internal Revenue Code. The closest that Congress comes to defining income is found in IRC Section 61, which is largely unchanged from its predecessor, the original Section 22(a) definition of income in the Revenue Act of 1913:

Sec. 22(a). “Gross income” includes gains, profits, and income derived from salaries, wages or compensation for personal service (including personal service as an officer or employee of a State, or any political subdivision thereof, or any agency or instrumentality of any one or more of the foregoing), of whatever kind and in whatever form paid, or from professions, vocations, trades, businesses, commerce, or sales, or dealings in property, whether real or personal, growing out of the ownership or use of or interest in such property; also from interest, rent, dividends, securities, or the transaction of any business carried on for gain or profit, or gains or profits and income derived from any source whatsoever.[13]

                Description
This is the feeling of uncomfortable tension which comes from holding two conflicting thoughts in the mind at the same time.

                Dissonance increases with:

The importance of the subject to us.
How strongly the dissonant thoughts conflict.
Our inability to rationalize and explain away the conflict.
Dissonance is often strong when we believe something about ourselves and then do something against that belief. If I believe I am good but do something bad, then the discomfort I feel as a result is cognitive dissonance.

Cognitive dissonance is a very powerful motivator which will often lead us to change one or other of the conflicting belief or action. The discomfort often feels like a tension between the two opposing thoughts. To release the tension we can take one of three actions:

                Change our behavior.
Justify our behavior by changing the conflicting cognition.
Justify our behavior by adding new cognitions.
Dissonance is most powerful when it is about our self-image. Feelings of foolishness, immorality and so on (including internal projections during decision-making) are dissonance in action.

If an action has been completed and cannot be undone, then the after-the-fact dissonance compels us to change our beliefs. If beliefs are moved, then the dissonance appears during decision-making, forcing us to take actions we would not have taken before.

Cognitive dissonance appears in virtually all evaluations and decisions and is the central mechanism by which we experience new differences in the world. When we see other people behave differently to our images of them, when we hold any conflicting thoughts, we experience dissonance.

Dissonance increases with the importance and impact of the decision, along with the difficulty of reversing it. Discomfort about making the wrong choice of car is bigger than when choosing a lamp.

                      • Elections? What elections?

Quite some time ago, I posted a link to a video which detailed the pervasiveness of election fraud wherever voting machines are used for voting, counting, or combining vote tallies. Here's a short clip, cut from the full length video, which demonstrates just how easy it is to hack into and program a voting machine to preprogram the results. What someone in this clip gets wrong, though, is that such hacking is not limited to preprogramming of voting machines, and can be done remotely either before, during, or even after an election. The full two hour documentary, Hacking Democracy, can be seen at this link, and is a real eye opener showing just how corrupt the election game actually is. This video was produced after the Bush/Gore election, and was the primary catalyst for the Diebold corporation, a major provider of voting machines and controlling software, being indicted.

I think it can safely be assumed that nothing has really changed as a result of the fraud being exposed, however, and that the capacity for similar election fraud today is as great as ever. Here's a video which points out election fraud in the 2016 primaries. While this video uses comedy to show the farcical nature of vote tampering, in reality there is nothing funny about it. Countless other videos detailing primary elections fraud in several states have surfaced, and there is no reason to believe that the November national elections will be any different.

Of course the election game is rigged in many ways from top to bottom, and often in subtle ways that we wouldn't necessarily think of. For example, here's a video explaining how the simple use of a Google search engine is used to influence voters to lean towards particular candidates. People naturally want to be on the winning side in any contest, so when search engines or reported polling results show a candidate is likely to lose, many people will jump ship and find another candidate to support. This method of shaping public opinion is used extensively as a means of casting aside early contenders and thus narrowing the field of candidates to two major candidates who are nearly always both chosen by the Ruling Class elite long before even the primary season begins, and of course the televised candidate debates and TV "news" reports are used to manipulate public opinion which favors the eventual preplanned outcome.

Whatever the eventual outcome of the November elections, we can safely assume that the end result will be what the Ruling Class elite wanted. A lot of folks believe that Donald Trump is going to win, and that this shows that the people's vote really does matter. People believe that Trump will go to Washington and somehow kick ass and correct all that is wrong there, but is that really probable, or even possible? No, not unless nearly everyone in Congress is booted out and replaced with true statesman patriots.

One might ask why Trump might be allowed, or even preferred to win, since from the very beginning of his candidacy it seems quite apparent that the Ruling Class political players have done just about everything possible to prevent him from winning. Why then would they allow a win by Trump, if they could simply rig the voting results in order to ensure that he loses? Has anyone considered that they may simply want to use him as a scapegoat to take all the blame for what is now almost certain to come about very early during the next administration?

We really should have seen the collapse of our economic and monetary machines already, but are those collapses just being delayed so that blame can be conveniently shifted? If so, who better to blame than Donald Trump, a Washington outsider whose views on just about everything are constantly under attack as being so reckless, outlandish, and divisive, that his being elected President would destroy our nation. See how well his election would fit with their plans? They really don't need Hillary, or Bernie Sanders, to finish implementing the Ruling Class agenda. They have been implementing that plan slowly but steadily for more than a hundred years, and our willing puppet president Barry has assisted by putting nearly all of the final nails in the coffin. Monetary and economic collapse is now assured, and nearly all our liberties have already been taken. The final hurdle remaining is gun confiscation, and anyone who thinks that can't happen or won't happen is sadly mistaken and in for a rude awakening. It happened in Australia, under the guise of a "gun buyback program," and it can happen here just as well. Any who resist will be dealt with severely to establish an example as to what others can expect will occur if they do the same.

                            , Defendants. Case No.: 3:16-CR-00051

MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE FOR MOTION TO DISMISS FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

                            2. The theory of the motion is, with the information we currently have, as follows: the original intent of the United States Constitution was to create the sovereign States out of the original thirteen colonies with the intention of a very limited federal government with powers outlined in the Constitution. The purposes intended for the federal government, were, among other things, defense, trade, and to settle disputes between States. Defendant will argue that the Constitution only intended to give broad federal power of property in Territories, as the Founders contemplated the expansion westward. The Federal Government’s power of such Territories, which Oregon formerly was, is outlined in the Property Clause. Defendant will cite to the Enclave Clause for the Government’s power over such property once it stops being a Territory and becomes a State.

                            • The Ruling Class Power Pyramid

I'm not sure if I posted this image at an earlier date, but if so then it is worth repeating, as it makes very clear what the power structure of the Ruling Class actually is. As expected, it is all about money, power, and control. Some folks tend to think of government being at the top, but that's far from being the case. Those in government are simply pawns and puppets of all who are above them in the pyramid.

"Seek wisdom by keeping an open mind to alternative realities, questioning authority, and searching for truth. Only then, when you see or hear something that has 'the ring of truth' to it, will it be as if a veil has been lifted, and suddenly you will begin to hear and see far more clearly than ever before." - Rickoff

America and much of the West is in the grip of megalomaniacs. The neocons are pushing us towards WW III. We are already at war economically with the East. The neocons seem to believe that the MUST control Russia and then, China. It is "do-or-die" time. They are trying to surround Russia with NATO bases and missiles.
“We have been watching for nearly a month a steady buildup of American and NATO forces along Russia’s borders – on land, on sea and in the air. There has been nothing like this on Russia’s borders, such an amassing of hostile military force, since the German invasion of the Soviet Union in 1941.”

Pepe Escobar advises Washington to “beware what you wish for: Russia is ready for war.” * Beware What You Wish For: Russia Is Ready For War** :* Information Clearing House - ICH

Escobar reports that recently the Rand Corporation, “essentially a CIA outpost,” concluded that “Russia could overrun NATO in a mere 60 hours, if not less.” On the level of nukes and missile systems, Russia is four generations ahead of the US military/security complex, which is mainly interested in inflating profits with cost overruns.

If Hillary becomes US president, the neoconservative threat to Russia will escalate. The Atlanticist Integrationists will be eliminated from the Russian government, and Russia will move to full war standing.

Remember what an unprepared Russia did to the German Wehrmacht, at that time the most powerful army ever assembled. Imagine what a prepared Russia would do to the crazed Hillary and the incompetent neoconservatives.

As I have previously written, pushing Russia to war means the demise of the US and Europe and, considering the destructive power of nuclear weapons, most likely of all life on earth.

Much of this is a reaction to Russia positioning itself as the world’s broker for oil OUTSIDE of the petro-dollar. The neocons are jewish and know that the end of the petro-dollar means an end to israel. Armstrong has said that the petro-dollar is done with anyway. That doesn't seem to stop them from suiciding America to preserve israel. America has a space fleet and much of the battle would take place in space. Still, the damage to earth would be extensive. Search on "rods of god". One was used recently on China.

Neither China, nor Russia want to be enslaved and subsumed in Pox Americana to preserve and further the mad dreams of the neocons.
Putin is a smart guy and China will follow his lead. Russia would have a chance of avoiding WW III by crashing America economically. The closer America gets to a crash, the more desperate the neocons get. Russia/China need to kick America off a cliff financially to keep the neocons busy here at home. The smarter people in GOV can see that war is a distinct possibility. There are a lot of people who are working against the Hildebest so that their children have a chance at survival.

If Trump looks like he will win and they can't kill him, they might rush to attack Russia before the election. I don't know.
China wants to dump all their dollars. They could offer $2,000 an ounce for gold and crash the entire Western markets when gold goes naked. That would cut off all oil imports to pox amercana. China could dump all their treasury debt on the market. That would crash quite a few things.
If the start of WW III looks imminent (the shooting war), the rest of the world will turn on the neocons.

This is all so STUPID. Israel will not survive no matter what. Supposedly, they have plans in place to decamp to some place in South America. The IDF said that if israel is attacked, they can expect to receive 11,000 missiles a minute just from Iran. I've been there. It is a small country. There really aren't many targets.
I do hope that cooler heads will prevail. There is no denying that pox americana is surrounding Russia with missiles. Russia has a cluster of thermonuclear weapons clad in cobalt, set up to detonate if they are attacked. 7 years later, the world would belong to a few insects.

Trump isn't going to continue with business as usual. (WAR). The next few months are going to be a critical time. The U.S. military isn't interested in being drug into planetary suicide. They like their nice toys but, they have no plan to die en masse.
