As Thomas Jefferson said, "I wish it were possible to obtain a single amendment to our Constitution - taking from the federal government their power of borrowing."
Tax and spend is all the Congress seems able to do, and the message from angry voters in the mid term elections appears to have fallen on deaf ears. The lame duck session is not yet over, and Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are hell bent on passing a $1.2 trillion 2011 Omnibus spending bill before the lame duck Congress adjourns. This bill is a 2,000 page nightmare laden with pork barrel projects and more than 6,000 earmarks. This should be left for the incoming Congress to handle, and they should either strip out any and all wasteful and unnecessary spending, or drive a wooden stake through its heart.
Senator Jim DeMint came up with an idea to force the entire 2,000 page Omnibus bill to be read aloud page by page in an effort to stop attempts by Harry Reid to force a vote on the matter. That's a great idea if DeMint and others follow through, but Jim has already caved on his intention to also read aloud the entire text of the START Treaty. Maybe that's because the START treaty would only take 12 hours to read, while the Omnibus bill would take somewhere between 40 and 60 hours of speaking time. In any case, I guess we'll see what happens next.

Yes, Aaron, it's great that Ron Paul will chair the House Sub-Committee on Domestic Monetary Policy. I'll bet that Bernanke and Geithner are both squirming over the thought of this. Thing is, though, with the Senate still controlled by those who will protect the Fed, and with Presidential veto power over any legislation concerning the Fed, Ron is going to have a tough battle ahead. He's already been working for about 30 years just to try and have the Fed audited. If and when we do get the full audit, how much longer will it take to end the Fed, and the IRS? These should both have been ended many years ago, or better yet never been allowed in the first place. But instead, Congress is ending the year with plans to borrow another $1.2 trillion, plus interest, from the Fed. How insane is this?

The military court-martial trial of Lt Colonel Terry Lakin, an Army doctor who disobeyed deployment orders to Afghanistan, questioning the legality of such orders if Obama's eligibility to serve as POTUS and Commander in Chief remains unproven, ended yesterday with a decision by the jury to convict Lakin, end his distinguished Army career, and sentence him to 6 months in prison. Lakin was barred by the judge from presenting his argument, calling any defense witnesses, or obtaining any of the discovery items he had requested. This of course made his conviction a slam-dunk case, since he was then left with no defense whatsoever. Lakin was to begin serving his sentence immediately.
Army Major General Karl Horst still has to approve the sentence returned by the jury, and upon approval of the sentence, Lakin will be granted an automatic appeal that will be considered by the Army Court of Criminal Appeals. Of course that would probably drag on longer than Lakin's sentence. While we can hope that he receives fairer treatment with that court, it probably is not likely, and it is not known if Lakin would continue the appeal to a higher court. One thing is for certain, and that is that Obama is not at all likely to issue a Presidential pardon for Lakin, and/or order restoration of Lakin's honorable military career. Most assuredly, Lakin's treatment in this matter is meant to be a warning to all other active military men or women not to question or test Obama's eligibility to issue military orders and directives.

Senate majority leader drops nearly $1.3T spending bill After wrestling with - and finally abandoning - a 1,900-page catch-all spending bill stuffed with more than $8 billion in home-state projects known as earmarks in Washington and pork in the rest of the country, Senate leaders need to come up with a measure to keep the federal government running into early next year. 20 states ask judge to throw out Obama health law Attorneys for 20 states fighting the new federal health care law told a judge Thursday it will expand the government's powers in dangerous and unintended ways. The states want U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson to issue a summary judgment throwing out the health care law without a full trial. They argue it violates people's rights by forcing them to buy health insurance by 2014 or face penalties. Read More
Federal judge: ObamaCare is unconstitutional U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson struck down the individual mandate of Obama's health care law on Monday, finding the measure which requires citizens to purchase health care by 2014 to be unconstitutional. This is a big early victory in a long fight which will now move to federal appeals court and will likely be finally decided by the Supreme Court.
Obama Quietly Erasing Borders Acting quietly, below the radar of U.S. public opinion and without congressional approval, the Obama administration is implementing a key policy objective of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, or SPP, to erase the border with Mexico and Canada. The administration is acting under a State Department-declared policy initiative described in a March 23 fact sheet titled "United States-Mexico Partnership: A New Border Vision." Read More
Senate vote on 'DREAM Act' amnesty tomorrow - take action! Already having passed in the House, this despicable legislation will be shoehorned in for a Senate vote tomorrow morning. Phone the local offices of your state's senators and let them know that you, as a constituent, are strongly opposed to any illegal alien amnesty. If passed, the DREAM Act would:
Require the Department of Homeland Security to award amnesty to every illegal alien 30 years of age or below who says they have been in the U.S. for at least five years and came here before age 16. No proof will be required or checked.
Allow illegals with 2 misdemeanor convictions to get amnesty.
Provide that once an illegal alien files an amnesty application, he or she cannot be removed from the United States for any reason pending a decision from the courts.
Place all amnesty applications at the front of the line for processing, ahead of millions of people who have applied legally to come to the United States.
To obtain the amnesty, all applicants would have to do is promise to either serve in the US military or go to college. It is obvious that the clear preference will be to attend college. And you are going to pay their tuition at taxpayer supported colleges. The sons and daughters of criminals, rapists, drug dealers, and the like will be bank rolled to go to college, for free. Meanwhile, with the astronomical costs of college reaching sky high, you will struggle to get your OWN children into college, if you even can! Because space in colleges is limited, every illegal alien who is admitted forces a legitimate American to lose his or her chance at a college education. And don't forget that "affirmative action" admittance requirements will guarantee that these applicants are given priority over your sons, daughters, and grandchildren.
MOST DANGEROUS OF ALL, it will be impossible to do proper background checks on the millions who will be eligible, so we can be certain that dangerous and murderous felons and terrorists alike will be given a free pass to stay in the U.S. and kill more Americans. The DREAM Act must be defeated, and there is no time to waste! Call your senators now!

Taken from another Page, what Aaron linked at GW Swindle.
the following link shows the storm system i directly measured being manipulated via satellite laser ... the same technique that the russian scientists and myself offered to the U S air force in the mid 90's to prevent hurricanes from making land fall ... now the US mil satellites are using it to attack our own country for the new world order bunch ... by the way the new world order crew is very fragile and would easily be taken out ... i recommend the angry crown technique as this is what they deserve ... in measuring this storm manipulation i was located about 200 miles west of san francisco...
Theorizer are like High Voltage. A lot hot Air with no Power behind but they are the dead of applied Work and Ideas.
A study to be released today found that there were high levels of hexavalent chromium in 31 of 35 city water supplies that were tested. Hexavalent chromium has been shown to cause cancer when inhaled, and in 2008 the National Institutes of Health (NIH) deemed the chemical a "probable carcinogen" when consumed in drinking water. It would seem that the NIH was a bit slow in making that announcement, since the ill effects of hexavalent chromium have been well known for many years. Some of you may remember the film Erin Brokovich, which focused on the true story of a lawsuit won against Pacific Gas and Electric, a California utility company which used hexavalent chromium between 1952 and 1966. The chromium leached into groundwater supplies adjacent to PG&E's Hinckley Station and affected an area two miles long and nearly a mile wide. An unusually large percentage of the population developed serious health problems as a result, and PG&E settled the lawsuit for $333 million in 1996. A similar suit was brought against PG&E for chromium pollution at their Kettleman Hills Station in Kings County, California, and was settled by PG&E in 2006 for $335 million.
These cases should make us wonder why NIH did not take steps to label hexavalent chromium as a dangerous chemical much earlier, and should also make us wonder why the federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is just now "considering" whether to set a limit for hexavalent chromium in tap water. Why didn't they do this as a precautionary measure years ago? Isn't it crazy that the EPA would drag their feet on something of this potential magnitude, and yet jump right in at Obama's request to declare carbon dioxide a health threat? Massive amounts of chromium were used all across America at utility plants and industrial sites as well, so it is no surprise that the testing done by the Environmental Working Group (a non-government agency) has found large amounts of hexavalent chromium in the tap water of nearly all the cities included in the study. Surely such testing should have been done by government agencies to protect not only the environment, but also the people. Perhaps testing was done, but resulted in no action being taken. Sure, PG&E was required to "clean up" the sites they polluted, but what about the countless other utilities and industries? NIH and EPA failed to take this situation seriously, and we must ask why.
Does this mean we should all switch to drinking bottled water? The answer to that is a definite no, because nearly all bottled water comes from tap water. Removal of hexavalent chromium from drinking water requires multi-stage processing using sophisticated and expensive equipment. Reduction to safer levels can be done at home, however, through nanofiltration and reverse osmosis. Combined, these methods can be effective at reducing hexavalent chromium to safer levels, but they will also reduce all healthy and essential minerals. Therefore, mineral supplements should be taken if water is processed in this manner.

Lessons Learned Lyrics Tape holds things that cannot stick
and keep leftovers in the fridge
while lessons learned go down the drain
I can't believe in everything
all the bad names gone
and the good ones were all wrong
and so I stayed up all night
slept in all day
this is my sound
thinking about tomorrow won't change how I feel today
Never let your mark erase
'cause broken legs can be replaced
two steps to the finish line
three sips till I finish mine
a straw will always suck it out
close your eyes and use your mouth
and tell me about your song
The new film is a powerful and timely investigation into the media's role in war, tracing the history of 'embedded' and independent reporting from the carnage of World War One to the destruction of Hiroshima, and from the invasion of Vietnam to the current war in Afghanistan and disaster in Iraq. As weapons and propaganda become even more sophisticated, the nature of war is developing into an 'electronic battlefield' in which journalists play a key role, and civilians are the victims. But who is the real enemy?
John Pilger says in the film: "We journalists... have to be brave enough to defy those who seek our collusion in selling their latest bloody adventure in someone else's country... That means always challenging the official story, however patriotic that story may appear, however seductive and insidious it is. For propaganda relies on us in the media to aim its deceptions not at a far away country but at you at home... In this age of endless imperial war, the lives of countless men, women and children depend on the truth or their blood is on us... Those whose job it is to keep the record straight ought to be the voice of people, not power."
How this made ITV1 here in the UK I will never know, this country is up at the top for propaganda TV & brain washed masses, this aired a couple of weeks ago & is not scheduled for a repeat (Pulled? The UK repeats everything)
