Hi Rick;

Senator Nelson got an exemption for the 800,00 people on Medicare here in Florida so that their benefits will not be reduced as is the case elsewhere.

Sen. Dodd of Conn. got a $100 mil. added for an "unnamed" health care facility to buy his vote and the Sen. from Nebraska got Mutual of Omaha exempted from something, don't remember what.
I see the last version was bad enough that Sen. Snow finally refused to vote for it. And so it continues in the same old rotten vein.

Unbelievable, Al, but I do believe you. It would seem that every single yea vote was a Democrat, right? And this was promised to be a bi-partisan bill? In passing this, the Democrats have only doomed their chances in 2012, and a lot of them will be ousted in 2010.

puzzle much clearer than it did when I first received it.

I don't think the "ruling class" is a target.
The power/control comes NOT from this "ruling class".
If all "ruling class" were vaporized today, along with all their MONEY,
that which is ...
would continue as it has been without as much as a hick-up.

that is exactly the conclusion I have come to vortex, it's the systems like these that are the controllers and humans are replaceable by the ones at the top of these systems and thats why it can never change without changing the systems which means no money, no buy or sell, etc.etc. and I'm not concerned with cries from money lovers, because these systems do not and have never served the good of all, period.

It appears that many attorneys have now taken over the House, Senate, and Governor's office. The separation of powers doctrine mandates attorneys being officers of the court (Judicial branch) that they should not be able to run for public office (Executive / Administrative branch)

Stop this now!
The ROOT of the corruption / graft / destruction of our country is coming from this breeding grounds. Here is why you are being bled dry! The very corrupt from the judicial branch have slithered their way into elected and appointed positions within the executive / administrative areas of government.

Remove these attorneys from public office NOW! Mandate a ten year lapse from being an officer of the court BEFORE an attorney can run for public office.This is a must to do NOW. It is NOT an option. I don't think it's so much that people love money as much as it is that people can't imagine any other system, and the objections to doing away with money all boil down to clinging to slavery (e.g., how will we force people to work without a money system?).

There are, of course, historical examples of peoples living without money and doing well, such as the Irish, so to say that it's impossible is not true.

But no matter how you slice it, money == slavery. It still boggles the mind to think that people don't understand the creation of money and the implications that are derived from it.

"Healthcare Reform" Bribes

Several of the "on the fence" Democrats were convinced to vote for Harry Reid's clotures -- not because of their principles -- but because they were BRIBED.

YOU READ THAT RIGHT. Just take a look at some of the PORK that was added to this monstrosity of a bill, just to bribe enough Senators to vote for it:

• Just a week ago, Senator Nelson said he could not vote for the bill as it was aginst his principles. How quickly his principles appear to have changed! With the bill hanging in the balance, Sen. Ben Nelson (D-NE) won a provision exempting his state from paying the usual share of costs for new Medicaid patients. The deal, which critics have dubbed the "Cornhusker Kickback," is expected to cost the federal government $100 million over 10 years.
• Before a close vote last month, Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA) won an even larger break for her state -- an estimated $300 million in extra federal spending, in a move now derisively called the "Louisiana Purchase."
• Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) made sure that certain insurance companies in his state are off the hook from a new $7 billion dollar tax.
• Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) got his kickback -- a $100 million bonus for the University of Connecticut… to do with whatever they want.
• Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) was "persuaded" to drop his concerns after Senator Reid offered his state a $10 billion grant for "community health centers"-money that could easily be funneled to facilities that perform abortions.
• Three states -- Pennsylvania, New York and Florida -- all won protections for their Medicare Advantage beneficiaries at a time when the program is facing cuts nationwide.

The Senate was supposed to be a check and balance against the Presidency and the Demos, the House of Representatives. The Senate was supposed to be the real GUARANTEE of the rule of law. The Senate was supposed to be the backbone of the U.S. Constitution.

This all changed in 1913. The passage of the XVII amendment fundamentally changed the character of the American government, demolished “the checks and balances” necessary for good government and converted the American government from a Republic to a democracy. There is now no check on the demos.

What are some difficulties with a direct state vote by voters for Senators? The Seventeenth Amendment re-wrote Article I, sect 3 from “chosen by the Legislature thereof” to read “elected by the people thereof”. That small shift in wording gave special interest groups the leverage to manipulate BOTH houses of federal legislature. Generally, Congress votes with impunity. Any U.S. senator can move into a six year term, hide in the existing insolated federal system without being bridled by voters.

I think I would have to beg to differ, Randy. I believe that what we have been talking about in this thread, and what Walter Burien is talking about are basically one and the same. In the video, Walter himself states, at 1:46:43 elapsed time, "The boys controlling this structure..... now the real power structure of this world is the international banks, the brokerage houses, and the insurance company conglomerates. They are controlling the world." The "international banks" that he speaks of would of course include the IMF, World Bank, and the Central Banks of each nation or union of nations. And just who is running these institutions? It is the Ruling Class, of course, just as we have been saying all along. The Ruling Class runs everything which they wish to control - financials, government, military, corporations, politics, commodities, media, energy, etc. We are on target.

I watched the entire CAFR video, and enjoyed it. The CAFR's are one more tool in our arsenal, and we should use that information to expose the Ruling Class thievery.

In this cartoon, we see Senator Ben Nelson of Nebraska riding his cash fat pony, and Santa Harry Reid has stuffed the stockings of Connecticut and Louisiana Senators Chris Dodd and Mary Landrieu with goodies. Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown, who also voted for the ObamaCare bill, is feeling rather neglected. The last minute bribes to Senators who professed to either be against the bill, or undecided, only demonstrates how unprincipled these senators are, and how easily their votes can be bought. Those responsible for these blatant back-room deals and bribes should be tried for treason.

So there is no Confusion

Just so no one is guessing what I am saying or meant, here is a synopsis of what happened in my perspective:

There was a well know communist from the past that said: "We can take over the USA without ever having to fire a shot"

That person knew that greed was the tool to use that would grease the skids and make all aspects of implementation easy to do.

The so called "ruling elite" were asleep and baited just as were the "general populace". You see true Communism is run by the government NOT the people poor or wealthy.

Communism strips the wealthy of their money and orchestrates the support of the poor by entitlement programs.

The circumstances in this country were unique as to the implementation of communism due to the fact that the greed principle was designed to suck in the wealthy as well as the poor where fascist and socialistic principles were used as the carrot to accomplish the participation necessary of the wealthy and poor to succeed.

The hidden nightmare in the whole situation is that attorneys took over the show and end control of the structure. Seventy percent of all governors, congressmen, and senators are now attorneys. Our president is the king pew-bah attorney (an ex Harvard law Professor).

What is happening at this point is: they are stripping as much cash as they can from all of the tills and dotting the I's and crossing the T's to lock in the next five generations of productivity value as the general populace is masterfully entertained with distraction.

In 2007 collective government's gross income (investment; tax; enterprise), local and federal was 14 trillion dollars brought in domestic and international. The population's gross income was ten trillion and deduct direct and "indirect" taxation (about 5 trillion) that gave the population gross income minus taxation of 5 trillion.

Gorbachev did not go democratic for Russia, he just agreed that the US now had the better blueprint for its operation with extra perks for the controllers..

There is to much greasing of the skids going on nationally to where the public is getting the very short end of the stick and it is being designed to be permanent enforced by a under cover US communist government with a severe fascist twist.

There have not been any free elections over the last thirty years only appointed candidates chosen to be put before the population as if they had a choice in the matter. Jack Kennedy may have been the last that the public actually had a say in the matter.

All that has; is; and will continue to happen will be due to one and one reason only. That being: Due to the money involved and arrogant / totalitarian control that it breeds.

Entertained or informed, the choice is yours. (That is if you can cut through the overbearing masterfully presented sound bites you are fed to see the reality you are confronted with)
