Barry is hoping that these protests will help to get him reelected. That's why he is mouthing support for the protesters, and why Pelosi is doing the same with her comments: "God bless them," Pelosi said, "for their spontaneity. It's independent ... it's young, it's spontaneous, and it's focused. And it's going to be effective ..." Effective, she hopes, at reelecting Barry, putting her back in charge of the House, and moving their socialist wealth redistribution agenda forward. Perhaps the most effective tool Barry used in his 2008 campaign was to promote to the public the idea that everything gone wrong with America has something to do with corporate greed or Wall Street institutions, and that he would take them on if elected. People resonated to that promise, because the premise was largely true, but didn't seem to realize that fully 20% (as reported by Reuters) of the funding for Barry's campaign war chest came from the very Wall Street institutions that he publicly demonized. And what has he done, since being elected, to keep that promise (or, for that matter, any of his promises)? For example, Barry appointed GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt as the chairman of Barry’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. GE pays zero, zilch, nada, in corporate income tax, and Immelt has done more to kill U.S. based jobs than perhaps any other corporation CEO. GE just recently announced it was teaming with a Chinese partner to build airplanes in China that will compete with U.S. based Boeing. GE has also canceled several planned solar and wind power projects, so it would appear that they only used these proposed "green energy" projects to obtain the kind of tax relief that allows them to pay zero corporate taxes.

As to Barry vs Wall Street and the Big Banks, Barry has several buddies on Wall Street, and former Wall Street players who now hold positions in his administration. Remember the UBS scandal in 2009, wherein UBS admitted to helping wealthy Americans dodge their tax obligations? Bradley Birkenfeld, a UBS employee, became a UBS whistleblower on his own initiative, and his disclosure and cooperation with US authorities provided inside information into the bank’s conduct and sparked a massive federal investigation. Obama's Department of "Justice" saw to it that Birkenfeld was rewarded with a forty month prison sentence for exposing the UBS scandal, but what of UBS executive Robert Wolf, an early and key financial backer of Obama’s presidential campaign? Just after Birkenfeld was handed down his sentence, Barry went on vacation in Martha's Vineyard, and on the first day of his vacation Barry spent five hours golfing with UBS executive Robert Wolf. There is no question that Barry is a liar, a fraud, and a hypocrite. The only reason he is espousing support for the Occupy Wall Street movement is that he hopes to grab their support and votes in the 2012 election, as well as the support and votes of millions of Americans who sympathize with the movement or were angry over the banker and Wall Street bailouts paid by taxpayers. Barry is egging the protesters on, and his comments about
“running Republicans out of town” if they don't approve his so called 'jobs bill,' coupled with Teamsters leader Jimmy Hoffa’s Labor Day speech in which he called tea party members “sons of *****es” who should be “taken out” are more than likely to lead to inciting violence.

Romney and Cain are the only candidates who openly stated that the Occupy Wall Street movement was a bad idea, with Romney suggesting it amounts to "class warfare," and Cain suggesting that the protests were orchestrated to help President Obama get reelected. Cain went on to blame the unemployed for their woes, saying, “if you don’t have a job and you’re not rich, blame yourself!” This, of course, will further fan the fires. Four months ago, before the New Hampshire GOP debate, I wrote in my June 12, 2011 post, "Don't be surprised to see Mitt Romney and Herman Cain, the Ruling Class choices, being reported in the media as commanding the lead." This is certainly shaping up as fact, with Romney and Cain being reported as leaders of the field in nearly every voter poll that is reported. Such polls are largely just a tool used by the Ruling Class to sway public opinion. Everyone wants to vote for a winner, so when polling reports through mainstream media that certain candidates are the leading choices of most Americans, people buy into that and drop their former preferred candidate like a hot potato to chase after the perceived winner. Laugh at me later if I'm wrong, but I fully expect that the emerging Republican candidate who will be on the 2012 ballot will be either Romney or Cain. As I pointed out in my June 12 post on page 63 of this thread, " Romney is the favored Ruling Class Republican, of course, as he is an establishment Republican who would gladly keep things rolling along the present course of status quo. As a back-up Republican candidate, the Ruling Class has inserted Herman Cain, a past chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Cain, of course, is pushing the idea that if he were the Republican nominee it would take the 'race card' element out of the hands of Democrats, and allow him to capture much of the black vote that would otherwise go mainly to Obama." For that reason, and the fact that Cain is also being heavily promoted as a successful businessman and non-politician, I can envision Cain as having a distinct advantage over Romney which is likely to land him on the ballot. Besides, Romney already ran a Presidential campaign in 2008 and lost. Voters will remember that, and won't be keen on the idea of backing a loser. People will tend to overlook Cain's association with the corrupt Federal Reserve, and that will be a huge mistake. Cain acknowledges that he sees no problem with the Federal Reserve, which has already plundered the greatest part of America's wealth and reduced the purchasing power of the US dollar by 97% since 1913. Likewise, Romney would do nothing to end the Fed's reign of tyranny or to reduce the power and size of the federal "government."

So once again intelligent voters will be facing another Corporation U.S. election where there really will be no valid choice that can be made, and will simply opt to vote for what they perceive to be the lesser of two evils. That choice is likely to be the "anybody but Barry" choice. It will be nice to see Barry gone, but the elation will be short lived when people see that his Corporation U.S. replacement will do nothing but carry the Corporation U.S. progressive socialist agenda forward. Whether or not we vote in the 2012 Corporation U.S. elections, it is vital to our best interests that we do vote in the already nearly completed effort to restore our original jurisdiction state and federal governments. Corporation U.S. was founded in 1871 as the District Of Columbia, but at that time was in line with the Constitution and was formed strictly for legitimately carrying out the business needs of the true federal government. It was not until 1944, and the Bretton Woods Agreement, that Corporation U.S. became a foreign owned corporation.

Any kind of petition would have absolutely no effect whatsoever upon Corporation U.S., just as it would have no effect upon any other corporation. Petitions to the Corporation U.S. Congress are ineffective because the Corporation U.S. Congress acts only in the the interests of the corporation and it's members - not in the best interests of the People. The answer is not in petitions or demonstrations. The only hope for restoring our true Republic is in seating a lawful, constitutional, original jurisdiction government, which we have not had since 1913. Bills to increase penalties for filing false liens on judges, court personnel moving in AR and PA

Among the myriad of challenges facing judges and court staff beyond the threat of physical violence is the prospect of having liens and similar instruments filed on their homes. A federal law adopted in 2008 (and codified as 18 USC 1521) provides

Whoever files, attempts to file, or conspires to file, in any public record or in any private record which is generally available to the public, any false lien or encumbrance against the real or personal property of an individual described in [18 USCS § 1114], on account of the performance of official duties by that individual, knowing or having reason to know that such lien or encumbrance is false or contains any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than 10 years, or both.

In 2011, at least two states are looking at similar legislation.

Arkansas’ HB 1045 would make is a class C felony (punishable by 3 to 10 years in prison) to cloud or adversely affect the title or ownership of the property of a judge or other court personnel because of the performance of their official duties. That bill was approved by the House Committee on Judiciary 1/27/11 and adopted by the full House on 1/31/11.

A similar Pennsylvania bill (SB 50) would create the crime of “Simulated legal process” and includes within it “actions affecting title to real or personal property, indictments, subpoenas, warrants, injunctions, liens, orders, judgments or any legal documents or proceedings, knowing or having reason to know that the contents of the documents or proceedings or basis for the action to be fraudulent”. In addition SB 50 creates a separate crime (“Hindering public official”) when a person attempts “to influence, intimidate or hinder a public official or law enforcement officer in the discharge of his official duties by threat of or actual physical violence, harassment, through simulated legal process or by other unlawful act.” Both would be second degree misdemeanors punishable by up to two years imprisonment. SB 50 would also make specific crimes of tactics often used by “common law court” and militia/patriot groups such as “impersonating public official or legal tribunal” and use of unofficial license plates. SB 50 was introduced on January 12 and is currently pending in the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The movement has problems, some are genuine people that understand the problem, some are genuine people that don't but do want a change. Then there are others that are trying to co-opt it. When it comes to political action it is most often the controllers that are running it one way or another, remember divide and rule.

Think of politics like a pendulum swinging from left to right about a pivot. The controllers are the pivot and the swings could not happen without their holding the system in place at the pivot point. When the pendulum is pushed by the controllers either left or right the people always push back causing the pendulum to swing further each time, this is how they divide us and use our energy to obtain their goal. Eventually the pendulum will swing past the horizontal on either the left or right and it does not mater if the system is communist or capitalist the result is the same, Dictatorship. Dictators always want control of the state and its beliefs and finances and this is fascism.

The dictatorship we live under is very clever because most people don't know it exists. Yes we are all brainwashed, all of us, by the media and the education system and the brainwashing is so good that peer pressure from the most brainwashed is able to keep the rest of people under control.

The good news is all dictatorships fall so we will win back some freedoms but the cost will be high. In history it has been very rare that the dictatorship lost all of its control and true freedom was established. It will be the same thing again if we cannot break enough peoples programming before the controllers back off. Think about the 100th monkey syndrome, the controllers use that as a tool of control, When the masses start to wake up they will back off and throw their puppets to the wolves, then finance a new set of people who do not understand what was really happening but have credibility with the masses, setting the stage to move their agenda forward. They might be having a tough fight in the info war but they have control of every aspect of our lives be it food, energy, medicine or our reproductive system. We have to not only expose them on every front but dismantle all their systems of control.

Things are beginning to stir but they are well prepared for this, now is the time to intensify our efforts to educate the masses on the true nature of our existence and it will be a long hard fight.

They have taken our houses through an illegal foreclosure process, despite not having the original mortgage.
They have taken bailouts from taxpayers with impunity, and continue to give Executives exorbitant bonuses.

They have poisoned the food supply through negligence, and undermined the farming system through monopolization.
They have profited off of the torture, confinement, and cruel treatment of countless animals, and actively hide these practices.
They have continuously sought to strip employees of the right to negotiate for better pay and safer working conditions.
They have held students hostage with tens of thousands of dollars of debt on education, which is itself a human right.
They have consistently outsourced labor and used that outsourcing as leverage to cut workers’ healthcare and pay.
They have influenced the courts to achieve the same rights as people, with none of the culpability or responsibility.
They have spent millions of dollars on legal teams that look for ways to get them out of contracts in regards to health insurance.
They have sold our privacy as a commodity.
They have used the military and police force to prevent freedom of the press. They have deliberately declined to recall faulty products endangering lives in pursuit of profit.
They determine economic policy, despite the catastrophic failures their policies have produced and continue to produce.
They have donated large sums of money to politicians, who are responsible for regulating them.
They continue to block alternate forms of energy to keep us dependent on oil.
They continue to block generic forms of medicine that could save people’s lives or provide relief in order to protect investments that have already turned a substantial profit.
They have purposely covered up oil spills, accidents, faulty bookkeeping, and inactive ingredients in pursuit of profit.
They purposefully keep people misinformed and fearful through their control of the media.
They have accepted private contracts to murder prisoners even when presented with serious doubts about their guilt.
They have perpetuated colonialism at home and abroad. They have participated in the torture and murder of innocent civilians overseas.
They continue to create weapons of mass destruction in order to receive government contracts. *

To the people of the world,

We, the New York City General Assembly occupying Wall Street in Liberty Square, urge you to assert your power.

Let's say you borrowed money from your friend Joe. Joe would be the creditor of this debt, the original creditor. Let's say some time has gone by and you think you might still Joe money, though you're not sure how much.
One day, a guy named Bob comes up to you and says he is collecting the money you owe Joe. Bob is acting just like a collection agency for a credit card company would. Think about it - having never met Bob before, would you just hand over the cash to him? No. Or at least I hope you wouldn't. You should have these questions for Bob:

1. How do you know that Bob is actually collecting for Joe? What legal documents does Bob have to prove that he is legally authorized to collect?
2. How much is the actual debt? What payments have already been made on the account? Where is the accounting of the debt, including all interest and fees? Are these fees and interest amounts legit?
3. Do you still really owe Joe the money? You remember borrowing money from someone else, your friend Sam, at the same time. You also remember paying one of them back the next day. Is this debt the one you borrowed from Sam or Joe? Where is the contract showing the terms of the loan with Joe and the one from Sam? At the very minimum you should call Joe or Sam on the phone to ask about the loan.


You should have the same thoughts about a collection agency who sends you a bill for a debt you may or may not owe.

I Thought,

(silly me!) that USURY was illegal, in the U.S. nd, (I THOUGHT) the reasoning was that interest rates above a certain amount amounted to slavery, because a person could never pay it off, hence it amounted to SLAVERY, which IS (supposed to be) illegal in the US.

So, did such laws get repealed, or what? Is loan sharking legal? And isn't that what payday loans, credit card companies, and banksare all engaged in? True, they don't break your leg if you get behind in your payments, they just; foreclose, reposess, downgrade your credit rating, etc.

Course, the IRS has violated the right to due process, and unreasonable search and seizure for years, in how they deal with those who are alleged to be delinquent, but after all, taxing is just a form of extortion; collecting money under threat.

In referring to the GAO disclosure that the Federal Reserve gave trillions of dollars of financial assistance to foreign banks and corporations, Bernie Sanders said, ""No agency of the United States government should be allowed to bailout a foreign bank or corporation without the direct approval of Congress and the president."

It would appear that Sanders believes that the Federal Reserve is an agency of the United States government. Clearly it is not, and never has been. The Federal Reserve is no more federal than Federal Express. It is a corporation owned by a private foreign banking cartel.

That was in 1980, when Congress passed, and Jimmy Carter signed, the Depository Institutions Deregulation and Monetary Control Act which exempted federally chartered savings banks, installment plan sellers and chartered loan companies from state usury law limits. The Act was the brainchild of George William Miller, who was first appointed as Federal Reserve chairman, and then as Treasury Secretary, by Carter. Miller is the only person who has ever been appointed to both offices. Incidentally, just 11 months after taking his seat as Fed chairman, the US dollar had lost 43% of its value against the Japanese Yen.

Anyways, the Act had the effect of nullifying all state and local usury laws. The Corporation U.S. Congress certainly is a mischievous bunch, aren't they? Even before they passed that Act, the Congress passed a federal usury law which allowed lenders to charge twice the usury rate of any state before the federal law would be enforced.
