Nice posts minoly. It seems corporate welfare is every bit as rampant as social welfare....not to mention the military welfare...whats the common denominator?....the people.

A civilization is only as strong as its citizen.
Politicians can abuse power.
Corporations can abuse government funding.
Individuals can abuse government handouts.
Military's can abuse approved bugets.

Whats the problem here? The people.
Changing politicians does nothing to correct the mindset of the citizens.
Which is why is doesnt matter who wins this election. It will still be a me-first society. thats my two cents.

Yeah, letters from CEO's etc. like this are going out to employees all across the USA. It's their attempt to manipulate your vote in favor of $$$ But we all see this hear right, no sheep in this field right, no undecideds reading this form... left or right I respect all who know how to think and make a decision, it's the sheeple in the middle that the wolves are after.

Yes, and thats certainly ONE 'explanation'; these 'Big Corps' are tryig to influence how heir employees will vote, by sending out these 'notices', or whatever.
But, ANOTHER possible explanation; they recognise 'Tweedledum/tweedledee scenario; that it doesn't really matter WHO wins the election; We've got looming economic 'crises'; Fiscal 'cliff', Deficit, Gov't spending, (both from Bush putting 2 wars on 'credit card', and 'stimilus'), China's economy 'slowing down' (so less exports), ongoing european economic woes, etc. (again,less exports) and that D.C can't do anythig about SOME of this, and won't do anythig about the rest of it. With all the spending, eventually we have GOT to have a period of inflation, once the Fed stops 'artificially' controlling interest rates, etc.

And so, PERHAPS these Corps are just facing reality, and trying to 'hunker down', cause THEY realise the 'trainwreck' is coming?In wwhich case, one MIGHT take this as yet another sign, that each of US should start doing what we can, to prepare for whats coming, as best we can? Jim

Contrails dissipate to invisibility within seconds or minutes of being laid down because they are simply steam from the jet wash.
Chemtrails are mixtures of aerosols that are sprayed in the ionosphere with metals and chemicals such as aluminum and barium in tiny particulates. 1 reason being to create a mirror effect to bounce frequency off of, to pass frequency as far as 1/4 of the globe away. HAARP website explains this process.

"Infrasonic Undulation" Looks like frequency on a spectrograph. If you Google images - spectrograph, you will find pictures of frequency. You'll see sound waves in consistant patterns obviously man-made, electro-mechanically emitted. Chemtrail (already magneto-dynamic) becomes more dynamic when frequency is added to the mix to undulate (stir up) the system. "Infrasonic Undulation" through chemtrail is ELF waves stirring air deployed aerosols up. Hitting the metals etc... with high powered - low frequency disperses the metals throughout the storm, the moisture in the storm clings to those metals, Object 1 - move the metals, and you move the storm. Object 2 - decreasing and increasing the storm's intensity. DHS Documented during KATRINA.

Yesterday the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform issued a memorandum report with this heading:

SUBJECT: Update on Committee’s Oversight of the DOE Loan Guarantee Program: New Emails Show President Obama, Senior Administration Officials Misled American People about Role of President and White House in Program

The report can be downloaded here. Approximately 150 e-mails sent by DOE officials and high level Administration players were utilized in drafting this report, and implicate Barry as being directly involved with securing and fast-tracking government loans to cronies in the green energy business. The emails go on and on, revealing that Vice President Biden, Secretary Chu, and other high-ranking White House officials consistently pressured career DOE officials to approve loans to politically favored Green energy companies. Many of these now bankrupt companies had close personal ties to the Obama Administration. Research by Marita Noon and Christine Lakotos shows “that at least 90% of the projects had close ties to the White House and other high ranking Democrats.”

While the report notes that 3 of these projects (Solyndra, Beacon, and Abound) have already gone bankrupt, it is also stated that "several others are facing serious financial difficulties." According to the report, 22 of the 26 companies that were handed taxpayer funded loans totaling $14.5 billion "were rated below investment grade (junk) because of their bad credit quality."

Hi Aaron,

Thanks for the video link. It's a good one and well worth watching. I have written posts in this thread that have explained nullification, and have reported on nullification efforts that certain states have undertaken, but after several months have gone by it is a good idea to revisit the topic and see what the current status of nullification efforts is.

In post #1270 of January 2011 I explained that, "nullification is not just some lame brained idea. While the federal government likes to believe they are almighty, the federal government actually derives its powers from the several states which formed the union. The Constitution states exactly what powers the federal government is given, and also states that the powers not specifically given to the federal government are reserved for the individual states. When the federal government oversteps its authority, which has been happening on a more and more frequent basis in recent years, it is not only the right of states to invalidate unconstitutional laws, but also the duty of the states to nullify such laws and uphold the Constitution. So when legislation fails, nullification must follow. Nullification is our final peaceful recourse, and is the true power of the people."

Especially interesting to me was post #1321 of February 2011, which spoke of how Arizona and Montana had introduced legislative plans that would set up standing commissions whose members would be tasked with reviewing "all existing federal statutes, mandates, and executive orders" to determine their constitutionality, then recommending to lawmakers whether that state should "nullify" any federal law or regulation "that is outside the scope of the powers delegated to the federal government." I think that's a great idea, and the right way to proceed. At the time I posted that, there were 28 additional states that were giving consideration to following Arizona and Montana's lead. The legislation which Montana proposed had the following wording, which I think should be copied by every state in the Union:

The Montana proposal is "an act prohibiting infringement of the state of Montana's constitutional right to nullification of any federal statute, mandate or executive order considered unconstitutional." It specifically repudiates the federal belief that the "Commerce Clause," the "Necessary and Proper Clause" or the "General Welfare Clause" are foundations for a complete federal control over states. The act further states that, "Congress and the federal government are denied the power to establish laws within the state that are repugnant and obtrusive to state law and to the people within the state," and that the act "serves as a notice and demand to the federal government to cease and desist all activities outside the scope of the federal government's constitutionally designated powers."

Strong words, and necessarily so.

You may also remember my post #630 of April 2010 which spoke of the citizen effort in Alaska spearheaded by Shaeffer Cox. Where state legislatures can sometimes take too long, or fail altogether, to act on nullification issues, it is then up to the people of the states to organize their own effort and collect signatures declaring that a state or federal law, enacted or proposed, is unconstitutional in nature and thus is nullified by its enactment. Here's the wording of the declaration which Schaeffer Cox drafted, and which was signed by 15,000 people in Fairbanks:

" Let it be known that we, the people of Alaska, stand in recognition of the true principle that whenever a government abandons the purpose for which we have created it, and even becomes hostile towards that which it was once a defender of, it is no longer a fit steward of the political power that is inherent in the people and lent to this government with strict conditions. These conditions are clearly defined in the United States Constitution, and understood by the common man. Furthermore, to the extent that our government violates these conditions, they nullify their own authority - at which point it is our right, and duty, to entrust this power to new stewards who will not depart from the laws that we have given them. This being the case, let it be known that should our government seek to further tax, restrict, or register firearms, or otherwise impose on the right that shall not be infringed, thus impairing our ability to exercise the God given right to self defense which precedes all human legislation and is superior to it, that the duty of us good and faithful people will not be to obey them, but to alter or abolish them, and institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form as to us shall seem most likely to effect [result in, or bring about] our safety and happiness."
