Well then how do you explain the fact a criminal loses their gun rights, wouldn't the argument be that any restriction of gun ownership "infringes" on a persons constitutional rights?

I mean even if the law says a person loses or relinquishes their rights if they commit crimes, that in itself is a law that some might argue is counter to the constitution.

Alot of things don't seem accurate to me in those pictures 5150.

I'm not shocked to see an undercover security team in place of a large crowd outdoor event. Why were they there? My guess to help with riot control.
Cops take private security jobs all the time at sporting events.

The shattered glass on the outside of the stores was from the windows above.

The red outline of the guy who was suggested to me the older brother didn't even appear to be wearing a white shirt. With the blur, the face was unrecognizable, seems like just another dark haired person to me.

Colors are easily misleading in blurry grainy photos. If blood is dark and dirty that doesn't mean its rubber lol. Some people are crazy enough to believe our politicians are reptiles because grainy footage on youtube tells them so.

I fail to understand!

Collateral damage, innocents, non-participants, Why?

I fail totally to understand how anyone feels it advantageous to
attack a group of individuals (citizens) that are not the real problem
and in any miniscule way think it will correct anything, unless it is a False Flag Operation.

If a person or persons do not have the ability or intelligence to seek and work against the actual cause of the problem, then they should not act at all.

The only benefit of taking out those that are not directly related to the cause is at best a stupid, inept act, showing the total lack of intellect.

Of special interest to me was this photo of the naked person being led to a police cruiser:

That sure does look like Tamerlan Tsarnaev to me, and it turns out that Tamerlan's aunt, Maret Tsarnaev, saw the video of this arrest sequence on a newscast, and she told a Canadian reporter that she was 100% certain that this was her nephew Tamerlan. The Canadian reporter, Dan Dicks of Press For Truth.TV, reveals what he was told by the aunt in this video. I had heard something on the news about one of the bombing suspects being stripped to search for explosives on his body, but had thought that would more likely have had something to do with the younger brother. This naked dude video, however, dispels that theory, and clearly raises some very serious questions. If that is Tamerlan, as it appears to be, then he obviously wasn't killed, or even wounded, in a shootout with the police, or driven over by his brother, prior to being taken into custody. He sure does look quite mortally wounded in the photo taken later, though.

The way that FBI and police had cordoned off the surrounding area, and pushed reporters back a couple of blocks, probably led them to believe that no video would be captured of the naked "suspect," or that any such video being taken from a distance in darkness could be explained as being that of some errant motorist who had unknowingly violated the curfew.

When we think about it, Tamerlan was the perfect patsy for this operation, given the fact that the CIA had placed him on a terrorist watch list due to some unknown information provided by Russian authorities. It is assumed that the information linked him to Chechnian rebel groups, but when questioned regarding the actual information a Russian authority figure refused to say what information was known about Tamerlan. Interesting, though, that an FBI investigation into Tamerlan found no reason to suspect him of being involved in any terrorist training or activities.

There are obviously a lot of things about the Boston bombings that don't fit with the 'official" story. I just wonder now if Dzhokhar will ever get to tell his side of the story. Will he be killed by other inmates while in prison, or will we be told that he has hung himself with something? If he does get to tell his story, the media and authorities will surely make him out to be a liar if what he says doesn't jive with the "official" story, so it is likely that whether he lives or dies a lot of relevant facts will remain hidden from us.

There are endless YouTube clips now available which challenge the "official story," and I'm sure that some are based upon faulty assumptions while others may have been concocted by disinfo agents so that they can later be "debunked." But here's one that promotes an interesting viewpoint in which the author says that in the widely reported photo of Dzhokhar leaving the scene after the blasts, his backpack has been "photoshopped" out to make it look as though he is no longer carrying it. There do appear to be some irregularities in the photo, and I had wondered even before seeing this video if the backpack had been edited out. Of course even if he was not carrying the backpack when he left the scene, that fact would not indicate that he was a bomber, as anyone who was hurrying to leave the area while anticipating further explosions might well have opted to drop whatever they were carrying and just run for their life. We know that several people within the blast zone were carrying backpacks, and I haven't seen any photo of an exploded backpack similar to Dzhokhar's. Tamerlan's backpack doesn't appear to be the exploded one shown in the evidence photo either, as that one is black while Tamerlan's appeared gray, as shown here alongside Dzhokhar's:



Tamerlan's pack is a very poor match to the one shown exploded, and does not appear to nearly as stuffed as the ones worn by the "security" team, which do resemble the exploded backpack:




So many things not adding up that surely any reasonable thinker will be left scratching their head in wonderment.

Nobody Available: I was going to bed the other night when my neighbor called me and told me that I had left my shed light on. As I looked for myself, I saw that there were people in my shed taking things to their truck. I quickly phoned the Osceola County Sheriff's Office, but they told me that no one was in this area to help at this time, but they would send someone over as soon as they would be available. A bit miffed, I said OK, hung up, and waited just one minute, Then phoned the Sheriff's Office right back. I said: "Hello. I just called you a minute ago because there were people in my shed stealing from me. Well, you don't have to worry about them now because I've shot every last one of them!" Then magically within a very few moments there were half a dozen sheriff cars in my yard, an Armed Response Unit and a Police dog ..... the works! Of course, they caught the burglars red-handed. One of the officers came over to me and said in a gruff and very demeaning manner, "I thought you said that you'd shot them!" I replied with: I THOUGHT YOU SAID... THERE WAS NOBODY AVAILABLE!
