New anaylsis from the Center for Immigration Studies has determined that 57.5 million native-born Americans between the ages of 16 and 65 were not working during the second quarter of 2013. That figure is up 17 million from the second quarter of 2000. Proponents of the Schumer-Obama amnesty bill (S.744), however, claim that there are not enough workers currently living in the United States. Go figure!

According to the above statistics, roughly one in six Americans are jobless, and this also correlates closely to the number of Americans now on food stamp assistance. Both of these statistics have seen a surge in growth during the years of Barry's term in office. No surprise, of course, but very revealing.

I don't blame Obama, but I don't think anyone should give up and passively tolerate being victimized. Things have been getting worse for a long time while criminal behavior in high places is not being dealt with. Who will take a stand and bring any of the "dark side" elite to justice? It should not matter if the criminal is black or white.

From the above, it is quite clear that New Hampshire views active citizen groups that participate in activities which object to state controlled freedom bashing as likely terrorists. It seems that New Hampshire has forgotten it's state motto - "Live free or die." Then again, maybe they realize that when push comes to shove New Hampshire patriots really will be willing to stand up for their state motto and fight to the death to preserve their liberties. But it's not just police in New Hampshire who are scrambling to obtain one of these armored military vehicles from DHS. This is happening all over the country. Here in Maine, for example, the City of Lewiston last week showcase its new DHS supplied M113APC army tank in Lewiston's Marcotte Park. The city claimed that the vehicle would be used "just for rescue," and said it could be used for a hazardous material condition or for fighting forest fires. While some folks may believe that hogwash, I doubt that the majority of Mainers were convinced, and there is an effort underway at this time to get Lewiston officials to return the vehicle to DHS.

Police forces are rapidly becoming more and more like military style special forces units as they employ the use of combat tactics, gear, and weapons. This is clearly wrong, since police forces are sworn to serve and protect citizens, not to face off against them in combat scenarios. Combat operations are a military option, and even then only meant as a defensive measure to protect American citizens. The DHS has obviously overstepped the boundaries of propriety in its zeal to turn America into a police state having enough armament and ammunition to decimate the population, or to at least terrify those not willing or able to defend themselves into submission. It's a sad day when Congress not only does nothing to stop this, but actually authorizes it.

The entire impeachment movement is a joke. Obama is not going anywhere as he has too much power not to mention most people just figure let him serve out the rest of his lame duck days. He is an embarrassment to the highest degree just behind the entire Congress and the Federal Government. They are all hand in hand worthless piles of excrement.

For me it has nothing to do with his skin color or racial make of being half white and half black man and everything to do with the fact he is just a lying, lame sack of feces. He is nothing but a liar and an empty suit. His party and supporters and their agenda have caused copious amounts of additional damage to the already messed up system that the other party took part in messing up too. The entire system is a joke and Obama only amplifies how messed up it is.

It’s sad that Obama is such a sociopath that he doesn’t even see or care that there is a large portion of the population who are teaching their children that he (Obama) is a liar, cheat, fraud, and hypocrite. I know I would do whatever it was to correct such perceptions but these politicians have grown use to deflecting such attacks and try not falling victims of being on the “defensive” which comes off as being weak or losing. The facts and history will show Obama will go down in history as one of the worst if not worse presidents of all times, even worse than Nixon or Carter in terms of his accomplishments and his credibility and honor.

His diehard supports also expose themselves as being nearly the same as Obama in terms of character but we already know these types. It’s just a sad situation the entire USA is crumbling apart in large chunks, cities are going bankrupted, the entire Federal Government is a huge criminal organization using force, intimidation and criminal activities to further their power and agendas. While Congress has an approval rating that’s about 1% and they keep giving themselves raises while the working class is broke and going over the edge.

Impeachment movement is growing



A group called "Overpasses for Obama's Impeachment" started off small just recently, but has grown quickly and snowballed into a nationwide grassroots movement that is over 40,000 members strong. As can be seen in the above photo, members organize events in their localities which take place upon highway overpasses that overlook busy highways. This can be extremely effective during rush hour traffic in mornings or late afternoons when the impact will be strongest.

Gotta love it, though in my opinion impeachment is the wrong path to pursue. First of all, you can't impeach a President who isn't even eligible to hold that office. He's just an acting President, and a rather poor actor at that. Secondly, even if the House would vote to impeach, the Senate would obviously not go along. Thirdly, such an action would likely take so long that Barry would get to serve out his second term before he could be booted out. And fourth, even if it were possible to impeach Barry, charge him with crimes against the Constitution, and remove him from office, it's a sure bet that Biden would simply grant Barry a full pardon upon taking over the Presidency just as Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon.

Barry, Biden, and the entire administration need to be ousted, and the only way that can be accomplished is through challenging Barry's eligibility for inclusion on the 2008 and 2012 ballots and proving that he was ineligible. As I stated in a recent post, the eligibility issue is currently being deliberated upon in the Alabama Supreme Court, and this case is far more promising of a result than any other case which preceded it. It is interesting to note that 3, yes three, differing "birth certificates" have been introduced into evidence, and that each one originated from Democrat sources:
1. The White House website pdf version.
2. Fogbow/Jack Ryan Obot group version.
3. Alabama Democrat Party version.

Each of the above documents has numerous anomaly problems associated with it that inescapably point to a determination of fraudulence and forgery. We can be certain that Holder's inJustice Department will attempt to twist some arms at the Alabama Supreme Court in an attempt to have the case dismissed without a hearing so that the evidence against Barry will not come to light, but Alabama election law is very clear in stating who is eligible, what represents proof of eligibility, and what the state must do before including a candidate on a ballot. It also makes it clear that the plaintiffs in this case unquestionably have standing to file this case, something which the courts have said was non-existant in all former cases brought against Barry. And while this case is certainly about Barry's ineligibility, it is not being brought against Barry. It is brought against Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman for failure to comply with Alabama election laws.

Understand that this case isn't about trashing the election results in Alabama in an effort to take votes away from Barry and give them to Mitt. Mitt won Alabama with over 60% of the voting total. What's important about this case is that if it is determined that Barry should not have been on the ballot in 2012 then he should not have been included in 2008 either, and such a decision would open the doors for other states to follow suit. If Barry is found ineligible, as he should be, then his entire administration is also ineligible to hold their seats, as well as any SCOTUS or lower court appointments made by Barry. To top that off, every bill signed into law by Barry would be nullified. This would be a huge victory for the Republican party, which constantly complains that it just doesn't have the means to overturn ObamaCare and other Democrat monstrosities, so it would seem that the GOP would be chomping at the bit to expose Barry's ineligibility, but obviously that's not the case. While Congress puts on a show to pretend Democrats and Republicans are in opposition to each other, the truth is that they are in collusion and doing everything according to plan. Knowing this, and if the Alabama case succeeds, what we are most likely to see happen is that the Alabama decision will be fast-track appealed to the SCOTUS, which will most assuredly overturn the Alabama decision by redefining what a "natural born citizen" is. Such definition would comply with what Barry's supporters claim - that "a nbc is anyone born in the United States." While that certainly was not the intention of the Founders, nor the framers of the 14th Amendment, and is at odds with the 1875 SCOTUS case Minor vs. Happersett understanding of nbc, it would be the logical outcome when we consider how the SCOTUS has devolved. And while Democrats would find it quite difficult to prove that Barry was born in the United States in order to meet the SCOTUS redefinition, they might not have to. After all, they seem to rely on stating that there is no credible evidence that Barry was born anywhere other than the United States. While that certainly is not proof of anything, it would probably suffice as far as the SCOTUS is concerned.

Fox News is reporting THIS headline: "Black Citizens Group Files 'Articles of Impeachment' Against Obama"!

It's no joke!: A group of African-Americans have sent Articles of Impeachment to Barry, "Dirty" Harry Reid, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker John Boehner, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and the full Judiciary Committee of the US House of Representatives. The National Black Republican Association (NBRA) based in Sarasota, FL, and headed by Chairman Frances Rice, filed Articles of Impeachment against "President" Barack Obama with the following language:

We, black American citizens, in order to free ourselves and our fellow citizens from governmental tyranny, do herewith submit these Articles of Impeachment to Congress for the removal of President Barack H. Obama, aka, Barry Soetoro, from office for his attack on liberty and commission of egregious acts of despotism that constitute high crimes and misdemeanors.

The Articles of Impeachment are reported by RightMarch.com to "include such areas as the Benghazi coverup & the exposure of a sealed indictment of one of the Benghazi attackers in violation of U.S. law; the authorization of Operation Fast and Furious, where guns were sold by U.S. Agents to Mexican drug trafficking organizations; the IRS targeting of conservative and Tea Party groups; the NSA's unconstitutional surveillance scandal; the Justice Department's media wiretapping scandal; Obama's unconstitutional bypassing of Congress' law-making power through Executive Orders and other means; the unconstitutional use of false "recess appointments"; the egregious intimidation and prosecution of government whistleblowers; and more!"

Countless other groups are joining the impeachment bandwagon and petitioning Congress to take action. It's a shame to see all that energy being wasted. The articles of impeachment listed above are certainly serious concerns, but are far outflanked by Barry's unconstitutional usurpation of power in becoming an ineligible though elected "President," which is the most hideous scandal of all in American politics. It would be great to see these impeachment groups refocus their attention on what is going on in Alabama, and get behind that effort instead.
