How can this possibly be true you may ask?
You need to know that the original Republic of the United States was a compact and alliance of the individual states; each state was recognized as a separate nation under international law. However, when congressional representatives of seven Southern states abandoned their posts in 1861, Congress adjourned and dissolved taking the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America with it. After the Civil War, under the Reconstruction Acts, a new United States corporation, was formed in 1871. This can be confirmed by referring to United States Code, Title 28, Chapter 176 under Federal Debt collection procedures. Section 3002 (15) states that “United States” means:
(A) a Federal corporation;
(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
(C) an instrumentality of the United States.
Note that this definition does not include any reference to a constitutional republic, country, nation, compact of states, geographic area, or people. The definition only refers to agencies and instrumentalities of the United States corporation.
It gets worse: the UNITED STATES corporation went bankrupt in 1933; this resulted in establishing a bankruptcy trust. The FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM is the ‘Public Trust’. All the property of the UNITED STATES, which also applies to ‘states’, are held in trust under bankruptcy law. This property includes all land, all real estate, and even the PEOPLE, and are held as the collateral for the debt owed to international bankers.

Please note that their address is the Pentagon; they are listed as an assignor in the pdf document with assets of $300 billion. An assignor is one who gives something to the assignee, which in this instance is the IRS.

What’s in a word?
Why does it matter whether we call someone who breaks the law to enter the country an “illegal alien” or an “undocumented immigrant”? What’s the difference between a Christmas tree and a “holiday tree”?
It’s just semantics, right?
Yes…and no.
It is just semantics, but “semantics” means “the meaning of words.” Words exist so that we might discriminate one thing from another. Without words, we have chaos. And it starts with the first words—a baby says “mama” to distinguish mommy from daddy. Words shape how we think; they color how we view the world.
No one understands this better than the left. They are the masters of words. Because they know that words matter.
The left has a special gift for euphemisms—soft words selected to sugarcoat harsh realities so as to make those harsh realities easier for us to swallow. But these soft words are insidious. Their sole purpose is to deceive.
Race discrimination in hiring and college admissions is refashioned as the much nicer-sounding “affirmative action.” Who would ever oppose an affirmative action?
Global warming, which can be measured and challenged, has morphed into “climate change,” which means essentially nothing because the climate is always changing.
When Barack Obama became president, George Bush's war in Afghanistan suddenly transformed into the far less ominous and threatening “overseas contingency operation.” That’s one way to try to end a war: just rename it.
The examples are endless. There’s a new euphemism every week.
In the make-believe world of leftist language, young criminals have become “justice-involved youth.” Mandates and taxes are “individual shared responsibility payments.” Government spending becomes an “investment.” Wanting to keep more of your hard-earned money becomes “greed”; taking more of someone else’s money is them “paying their fair share.” Opposing a Democrat in the White House is “obstruction.” Opposing a Republican in the White House, “resistance”!
In the name of “diversity,” the left enforces intellectual conformity. It censors opposing views in the name of “tolerance.” And it labels all non-left views “hate speech.”

It is normal for most people to mistakenly apply the label "capitalism" or "finance capitalism" to the dominate systems, because it is normal for most people to belong to the various layers of controlled "opposition," which surround the central core of the excessively triumphant organized crime, that has become the way powers of governments ENFORCE FRAUDS by private banks.
It is absurdly ridiculous to label systems which depend upon private banks being able to make the public money supplies out of nothing as debts as being any form of "capitalism." Every adjective used to qualify that assertion of bogus "capitalism" are various forms of ludicrous mislabeling.
Being able to make the public money supplies out of nothing as debts means that illusory "capital" is being created out of nothing (actually as enforced frauds.) Those social pyramid schemes are NOT "capitalism" because the money which allegedly symbolizes "capital" is NOT "capital." Rather, those public money supplies are NEGATIVE CAPITAL, which are the result of the supreme achievement of organized crime becoming the ways that the powers of public governments enforce frauds by private banks, as well as the big corporations that grow up around those big banks being able to make money out of nothing as debts, through legalized counterfeiting.

In that context the problem with articles like the one above is that such articles are not able and willing to face the facts that the only realistic resolutions to the real problems would require better organized crimes.
I agree with the conclusion to the article above:

However, implicit in the mislabeling of what is actually organized crime as being "capitalism" follows through with the misunderstanding of whatever might become better government, which is necessarily better organized crimes.
Since there has been thousands of years of history during which time the biggest and best organized gangsters made and maintained civilization, there is now almost nothing which is publicly significant surrounding that central core of organized crime than various layers of controlled "opposition" groups, which stay within the same frames of reference by misusing labels such as "capitalism" to describe sociopolitical systems which are actually ORGANIZED CRIME.
Articles such as the one above engage in superficially correct analyses, which then collapse back to similarly superficial bogus "solutions." Pretty well all public debates of political economy issues are drowning in their bull****-based languages. More importantly, those debates are built on deliberately ignoring the underlying issues with respect to human ecology.
Human beings and civilization operate as energy systems. However, those systems necessarily operate according to the principles and methods of organized crime, because the murder systems directed the development of those systems. It is merely more bull**** spouted by various controlled "opposition" groups to assert that there should not be any murder systems. The only realistic resolutions to the real problems must be better murder systems.
Since almost everyone thinks and communicates about political issues in the most absurdly backward ways possible, because of the long history of biggest and best organized gangsters making and maintain their civilization to be totally dominated by their bull****, (which was built into the structure of the dominate natural languages and philosophy of science) it appears to be politically impossible for enough people to stop using the bogus labels such as "capitalism," or "socialism," etc., to describe systems which are necessarily variants of organized crimes (where the only differences tend to be how egregiously hypocritical, and therefore, dysfunctional those systems become.)
Consider general principles of systems analysis in the light of the most important systems, which are the murder systems, where militarism is rightly considered as the supreme ideology, which has become profoundly paradoxical because successful warfare was based on deceits and treacheries.

From the perspective of recognizing human beings and civilizations as manifestations of general energy systems, then the essential issues are the death control systems directing the evolution of human ecologies. However, almost everyone recognizes those issues in absurdly backward ways, and hence, recommends bogus "solutions" which are going in the WRONG DIRECTIONS.
Realistic resolutions of the real problems require better death control systems in general, and better murder systems in particular. Actually doing so requires series of intellectual scientific revolutions and profound paradigm shifts in the perception of the already existing death control systems, which back up the existing debt control systems, through the combined murder/money systems.
As long as most publicly significant debates are dominated by the misuse of labels like "capitalism" to refer to what is actually organized crime, then there can only be bogus "solutions" which follow from those mistakes.
While human beings and civilization should be understood as manifestations of general energy systems, actually doing so requires more use of UNITARY MECHANISMS to replace the previous uses of the DUALITIES of false fundamental dichotomies and the related impossible ideals.
There actually is only one political system, and there can only be that one political system: ORGANIZED CRIME. Civilization has indeed become increasingly integrated and sophisticated slavery systems. However, those who begin to understand that almost always then collapse back to their favourite bogus "solutions" based on impossible ideals, which endeavour to continue to advocate moving in the WRONG DIRECTIONS.

Yesterday’s announcement by Crown agent Donald Trump that the US would pull out of the Iran nuclear deal known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), is a disappointment for Iranian & American people alike, who share a strong historical and cultural affinity. Both of these revolutionary nations have been targeted by the medieval City of London cult for destruction.
The pullout is a victory for the City of London, its Israeli & Saudi surrogates and their Crown agents who have seized control of the US government – also known as neo-cons. Their Chatham House Project for a New American Century (PNAC) blueprint marches on, nourished by the steady loss of US blood, treasure and credibility.
Post-911 the US has been pulled into a series of unwinnable wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya & Yemen by presidential advisors loyal to the Crown. America has gained nothing. But the City of London has in each case fed at the trough of war-related government contracts financed by American debt to that same Crown.
Through its Crown agent SERCO, the City has obtained billions in US government contracts from USAID and other State & Defense Department entities. These contracts are only available in war zones. SERCO is able to do this because of Crown agents operating inside of the US government through a City of London program known as Senior Executive Services (SES).
SERCO used to be known as Radio Corporation of America or RCA. RCA had assumed control of the assets of the Marconi Wireless Corporation, which developed the first trans-Atlantic communications in 1897. RCA then exclusively developed this technology for the US Air Force.

In a 1973 interview published in the Atlantic Monthly, ex-President Lyndon Johnson hinted at a conspiracy behind the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, pointing to a “Murder Incorporated” which operated out of the Caribbean. Johnson was referring to Permindex (Permanent Industrial Exhibitions), an assassination bureau run by the Special Operations Executive (SOE) of the City of London’s MI6 intelligence service.
Permindex was funded by the Canadian Bronfman family and the wealthy Polish Solidarist Radziwill family. Permindex leader, MI6 SOE Colonel Sir William “Intrepid” Stephenson, had earlier deployed the Meyer Lansky syndicate and helped rehabilitate Lucky Luciano. SOE Colonel Louis Mortimer Bloomfield was an OSS veteran and Bronfman liaison who chaired Permindex since its 1958 founding in Montreal and Geneva. SOE and Permindex insider General Julius Klein ran guns to the murderous Haganah when the Zionists seized Israel from the Palestinians. He now “handles” Buffalo mob boss Max Fischer and Carl Lindner at United Brands.
Other SOE members included David Sarnoff, whose RCA conglomerate at that time formed the core of the US National Security Agency; and Walter Sheridan, who provided intelligence to Resorts International and fugitive financier Robert Vesco. Donald Trump bought Resorts International from the Crosby family for $79 million in 1987, then sold it to Merv Griffin a year later in a very curious arrangement. This marks the time when Donald Trump became a Crown agent.
General Electric later bought RCA and SERCO was spun off to two British Knights (Crown agents). Crown-controlled GE owns a big chunk of Lockheed Martin, the world’s biggest defense contractor, which operates American’s largest intelligence network on behalf of the City of London. GE built nearly every nuclear power plant in the world.
The most familiar member of the Crown’s SOE was Colonel Clay Shaw- whose son of same name later became a Florida Congressman serving on a House Narcotics Task force. Shaw was an OSS veteran who later became Director of the New Orleans International Trade Mart, the US subsidiary of Permindex. The World Trade Center was likely also a Permindex asset. Shaw was indicted in 1969 for his role in the Kennedy assassination by New Orleans attorney Jim Garrison. During the trial seventeen key prosecution witnesses died and Garrison became the target of a smear campaign.
According to Dope Inc., Shaw served under Crown agent Stephenson for twenty years starting in WWII, where he had been OSS liaison to Winston Churchill. SOE operatives infiltrated the FBI and formed Division Five, a British intelligence Fifth Column which was headed by Bloomfield. Both Bloomfield and Shaw were present at a series of meetings in Montego Bay, Jamaica in 1963. The meetings were held at the Tyndall Compound, built by Sir William Stephenson to serve British intelligence interests in the Caribbean after WWII.
Stephenson had launched BRINCO, an energy exploration firm financed Crown-controlled Rio Tinto. Currently the Crown has set up URENCO to smuggle US-mined uranium out of the US.
Crown agent Stephenson moved to Jamaica in 1949 and set up the British-American-Canadian Corporation with financing from UK merchant banking giant Hambros. It was Stephenson who helped Allen Dulles stash the Hitler and Goebell trusts in Swiss bank accounts after WWII. Now he presided over the Montego Bay meetings where, according to many Kennedy assassination researchers, the JFK hit was planned.
Those present at the meetings included Ferenc Nagy, a WWII cabinet minister in the pro-Hitler Horthy government of Hungary, who later became Hungarian Prime Minister; Georgio Mantello, a Romanian emigre who served as Italian dictator Benito Mussolini’s Trade Minister; Paul Raigoradsky, a Russian Solidarity leader; and Jean de Menil, an old money European aristocrat and Russian president of Schlumberger, the giant oil industry service provider and frequent CIA arms conduit based in Houma, LA. All present at Tyndall were executives of Permindex, whose board members included Roy Cohn, former general counsel to Sen. Joe McCarthy; Montreal crime boss Joe Bonnano; Mussolini Agriculture Minister Count Guitierez de Spadafora of the Italian House of Savoy; Hapsburg and Wittelsbach family banker Hans Seligman of Basel; Carlo d’Amelio, Rome attorney for the Houses of Savoy and Pallavicini; King Farouk of Egypt’s uncle Munir Chourbagi; and Guiseppe Zigiotti, head of the Italian Fascist Association for Militia Arms. Permindex was a front for Nazi International.
In the weeks before the 911 attacks on America, certain floors of the the World Trade Center towers were systematically closed door for “maintenance”, centered around the elevators. The security firm “protecting” the Twin Towers was Securacom, which has since changed its name to Stratesec. Securacom was run by Marvin Bush, then-President George W. Bush’s younger brother.
Marvin Bush also sat on the board at HCC Insurance Holdings until
November 2002. That company carried some of the insurance on the WTC.
Brother Jeb – Governor of Florida – had declared a state of emergency in his state one week prior to 911. He personally escorted the alleged hijackers’ flight
school documents to Washington, DC very shortly after the attacks.
It seems obvious that Securacom had shut down those WTC floors, so that the buildings’ elevator shafts could be wired up with thermite explosives, residue of which was found all around the crime scene after the perfectly controlled demolitions has been accomplished.
Securacom also had security contracts for United Airlines and Dulles International Airport, and for Los Alamos Laboratories, when there had been a number of security breaches, likely connected to URENCO uranium smuggling. The firm is financially backed by a Kuwaiti-American investment firm known as KuwAm.
Current Stratesec clients include the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force and Department of Justice. They carry a Blanket Purchase Agreement with the GSA- meaning no other company can compete for these security contracts.
According to David Icke’s bombshell book Children of the Matrix,
Securacom is a subsidiary of Crown Agency- a British Crown entity which
Icke says also owns the Agha Khan Foundation. Khan founded the modern
Muslim Brotherhood and is spiritual torch-bearer for political Islam – from which groups like ISIS, al Qaeda and the Taliban take their cues.
This important fact means the Crown was behind the 911 attacks. It also means our military is being “secured” by the City of London.
The withdrawal from JCPOA by Crown Agent Trump paves the way for the next domino in the PNAC Chatham House-generated blueprint to be attacked – namely Iran. Americans, Iranians and all citizens of the world must become aware of the real force behind this steady stream of insanity before we will be able to stop it. And that force is Freemason-lodged in the City of London."
If BoJo came here to make a special request for Trump to stay in the deal, I expect that he did that on behalf of the London bankers. They are owed roughly $5.1 trillion. I expect the latest sanctions to cause a lot of capital flight OUT of London. Why not? The Russian stock market has the best returns. The London bankers still face the threat of losing business to Brexit. Just how much withdrawal can they stand? Suppose that more Gulf States follow suit.

Judicial conflict of interest

Today, governments profit from prosecutions and therein lies the problem. They are the judge and prosecutor so there is a conflict of interest that cannot be overcome.
The conviction rate in the United States federal court system from about 75% during the 1970s to 85% by the 1990s, and it is now at 93%
Civil Asset forfeiture today is a classic example of how the law has been corrupted by self-interest. Civil Asset is a distortion and abuse of the foundation of the law from which it is justified by even the Supreme Court against the foundation of liberty.
Criminal forfeiture is justified when the property is some gain from an act that someone is found guilty of a crime. However, civil forfeiture is an abuse of every legal principle for it rests not on the person being guilty, but the property.
What the government has done is effectively declared itself to be God. Any asset that might have been involved in a crime is to be forfeited to not God but the State.
This is what is wrong with socialism. He made it clear that the “only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of civilised community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others. His own good, either physical or moral, is not a sufficient warrant.”
Democracy is an attempt to find a middle ground between fascism and socialism. It does not work to raise the individual up on a platform. It does not work to drive the individual down to the depths of slavery.

The State declares and enforces a moral code. Though it holds itself above morality. The State claims that it is a necessary part of society.
The State makes a moral judgement of your actions. But, since the State is also the prosecutor and levies the fines, it is highly motivated to find any excuse to extract penalties.
Should you drop in for a quick visit to Cuba, the fine can go as high as $300,000. The State doesn't actually care if you visit Cuba BUT, it is a good excuse to levy a fine. This is a VERY WEAK prohibition. It would never stand up in court. So, there is NO COURT.
If you are charged with going to Cuba, usually by immigration authorities upon re-entry to America, a file is created and sent to the Office of foreign asset control. They review your case and, notify you of your prison time and / or fine.
There is no arraignment, trial, conviction and sentencing. It has been "streamlined".
