This is first post of thread intended to 'remove noise' around radiant energy and especially Tesla patent about utilization of radiant energy.

First topic I would like to discuss is radiant energy as seen by Tesla and why he harassed quenching circuits for so many years.

I may be wrong about one of assumption but I think I have now better comprehending of Tesla statement about using "make and break" device.

Do you have any good quality pictures and schematics of Edison DC generators made before 1883 ?

I was under the impression that Tesla quenched his spark gaps to allow only voltage (without current) to cross the gap.
