Looks like your meter is showing amp draw, is this correct?... is it 250 or 25 milliamp?

Start with this link inventor has all kinds of crazy settings just to prove that this is getting somewhere hopefully my videos and his will be of some feedback nenadilic84 your setting is impressive I'm anxious to try something like it, I just gave a gift to my wife with a battery that will last at best dozens of years lighting up leds , well earth batteries are a reality to me mine has been giving out consistently little over 2 volts north south orientation is amust keep up that impressive work free the world!!

Modification of the original circuit I did in the video. I also noticed that when I touch one lead of a small neon directly to the high voltage output there is increase in amp draw and reduced brightness of the neon lamp, but when I touch the part of the spark plug that is not connected to high voltage output the small neon lights up and there is no increase in amp draw and reduction in brightness...

YES, it may be also related type of capacitors (condenser rather) Tesla used. He used electrolyte type and high pressure type. I don't know how fast is dielectric absorption in such types...but also remember Tesla need very little current because he used high voltage.
