This is Panacea's non profit research report covering David Wells' weather
modification technology. This production was done to support the work of the
weather rangers network ring.
So far the known and tested applications of this technology have been reported
to:
*Steer tropical storms and hurricanes away from populated centers
*Prevent tornado formation
*Stop droughts
*Put out forest fires
*Turn Nebraska into a agricultural giant
*Sunny weather for social events
David currently works on this life saving technology with no assisted budget and
is the inspiration for the World Weather Rangers network ring. The goals and
intent of this group is to inspire a communal effort to ensure that LIFE SAVING
weather engineering technology remains in the hands of peaceful people. David is
seeking people who are interested in participating in developing a network of
these machines across the globe. If enough of these machines were in place and
properly operated, bad weather could be reduced. The Weather Rangers hope to
attract:
*Weather Professionals
*Philanthropists who will aid us to implement this brand new technology and to
organize weather professionals that they may be able to help end world hunger
due to droughts, to help prevent bad weather and to help save lives and property
that might otherwise be lost due to hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, etc.
*Scientists who may help us understand how this technology works
*Inventors and tinkerers from all over the globe who love life, this planet and
it's inhabitants and desire to help humanity reach higher levels of evolution
and understanding.
