      @nilrehob,

      Thanks. My circuit is mostly done now. I only need to add 3 coils
      and assemble the metal box. If the 3 channel fast switch does not
      work as a charger, then I can use it as a battery de-sulfate circuit.
      So the build is not wasted anyway. But I hope it works as shown in
      the videos.

      Thanks for the link.

      Alex.

        The only way to do that, that i have seen so far, is by using two transistors/fets for each coil, and i cant see that in the video.

        You will no believe me but from the diodes cathodes it goes straight back to the positive of the drive battery through a little filter coil

          I guess i'll put it on the list of things to try out myself
          So really sharp switching and fast diodes are the recipe for this circuit to work?

            Hi Groundloop. Any update for us? Your circuit looks interesting.

              @rmitoday,

              My circuit is running well and is doing what I designed it to do.

              I have only run one test so far with a Ferrite rod core. Did not
              charge my lead acid battery at all.

              I'm flat out of enameled copper wire right now, so no more testing for
              a while. I was in contact with a person that could sell me some
              silver coated, Teflon insulated copper wire and a core, but I dropped
              the deal because I do not have any means to do a money transfer.

              So basically I have a nice metal box with a micro controller inside
              just dusting down at my lab right now.

              Alex.

                @rmitoday,

                I will be receiving a toroid core and silver coated, Teflon insulated copper wire
                for this project in a couple of weeks time. Will be winding the toroid when
                I get it. Testing will follow after that. I will report any progress here.

                Alex.

                    @eternalightwithin,

                    Once completed, the transformer will be identical to the one seen in the videos
                    on this thread:

                        Group,

                        My tests with the new transformer did not charge the battery.

                        I guess my switch is not fast enough the get the desired result.
                        When I say fast, I mean the rising and falling edges of the pulse.

                        I have tested at least 100 different SW timings and pulse durations.
                        The closest I got was a near unity result when the battery did not
                        charge but did not discharge either. (Or it discharged so slowly that
                        I could not see it on my meters.)

                        My attempt to get this work was a failure, but that does not mean it
                        could work for others.

                        Alex.
