Modified H-bridge circuit, will this work?

I have taken a H-bridge circuit and modified it to either
charge or put a load on a battery with one DPDT switch.
using a switch for now but might go to a timer circuit
(can't remeber who made the circuit now) uses for switching
between charge and load for cycling batteries.
